Amazing location and view. Comfy beds. Great deck and porch swing. We used the pool and hot tub several times each day! Definitely will stay at this house again!

This house was wonderful. The views were spectacular and way better in person verses the photos. House and pool very clean. Host made himself available, although we did not need to contact him as we had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area and very relaxing. We’d go back for a family trip again for sure!

WOW! Our family couldn't have been more pleased with this vacation rental. It was the perfect way for my siblings and spouses to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday. The home was lovely and clean ... with ceiling to floor ocean views, an open, well-stocked kitchen with upscale Viking appliances, an elevator, six spacious ensuite bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice linens, towels AND beach towels.Before arriving, I asked the host about beach chairs and umbrellas; he responded that they were provided. I assumed they were at the house and we'd have to take them to the beach ourselves (which literally was just a few steps). Wrong! A beach chair and umbrella service set up chairs and umbrellas every morning and returned to take them away in the evening. This place just had one surprise after another ... all in a good way. The host deserves extra stars who went above and beyond ... supplying extra rocking chairs on the porch so all us ladies could enjoy our morning coffee together, listening to the waves and enjoying the beauty of the ocean. The porch bed/swing was a perfect place to read and nap. We made lots of memories with mom, and the house itself played its part without any disappointment. We would all recommend this property in a heartbeat. It sets the bar for any future vacation rentals!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. It comfortably accommodated five adults and two children with plenty of space for everyone. The elevator was especially helpful for my elderly father, making the entire home easily accessible for him.Despite having one chilly, rainy day, the heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit—my niece and nephew still had an amazing time.Jim was an exceptional host! Very responsive, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. When the coffee maker wasn’t working, I reached out to ask about a tea kettle, and within minutes he responded to let me know a new coffee maker and an electric kettle were on the way. Both arrived within an hour. He even offered us an additional night due to the weather, which was such a thoughtful gesture.Overall, a fantastic stay! We will absolutely return!

This is is the ultimate ocean front vacation home. The decor is stunning and homey. Every room is just so beautiful .The heated pool and hot tub were just so much fun! The elevator was just so convenient to bring out suitcases up and down. The house is just a mile away from the boardwalk and restaurants and even from the sunset cruise we went on. My adult children flew kites, read books, and even had a morning runs on the beach . They went in ocean then immediately into the pool and hot tub .We loved being in the house so much that we got take out instead of eating out just so we could be in the house more . At night we sat on the deck in the amazing porch swing and rockers and listened to the sound of the waves as we talked and laughed. The 3 bedrooms that have sliders that go out the the deck with ocean views were delightful.Jim was so responsive. I made a request to increase the temp of the pool and the pool guy came and did that right away. I just can’t say enough about how perfect this house it . I loved having the whole house to ourselves! Also , Carolina Beach is just so fun! We went jet skiing, did a sunset cruise , ate at such amazing restaurants, enjoyed the boardwalk, and shopped . I highly recommend this house! I can’t wait for all 6 of us to go back !
