We loved the beach cottage! The service was excellent. I think the dolphin tour we did through Explorie was the most fun I had. There was a problem with a leaking air conditioner unit above us, but the management responded right away when we told them about it.

Anniversary trip

Our cottage at Hidden Dunes was beautiful. We loved all the trees and landscape. It had everything we needed for the week. The property staff was very nice and attentive. We will definitely return here for another visit. They might wanna update their mattresses. That was our only negative thing to say.

Thank you for your recent review. Unfortunately, beds are very tricky, since everyone’s preferences are different. Some guests prefer a firm mattress while others prefer soft. To ensure our guests are comfortable, we are happy to provide extra mattress pads or mattress toppers that can bring the mattress to your desired level of comfort. Better than Expected!

Hidden Dunes is a beautiful property! The condo was so clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in! The pool is lovely and the walk to the Beach wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely stay again!

Not what I expected.

This online accommodation lead me to believe I had 2 bedrooms. Upon arrival and check in I found out that there was only 1 master bedroom and a pullout couch that was horrible! The pullout couch might accommodate a child, but not an adult. I was so disappointed. Also, when I arrived, the air conditioner didn’t work. May I suggest that the owner replace the pullout couch. It was absolutely awful!

At Newman Dailey, we always strive to be as transparent as possible with all of our external marketing and our websites that feature our properties. This particular property is listed as a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath that sleeps 4. The sofa sleeper accommodates 2 people but we never advertise or tell guests that it’s a bedroom. We urge all guests to carefully read the detailed descriptions of our properties and to peruse the photos that we place on our website. Our records indicate that the air conditioner issue was addressed and fixed within 2 hours of being reported. We apologize for the inconvenience, but some things are beyond our control. We hope you enjoyed the beautiful beach and resort amenities at Hidden Dunes despite these issues. Come back and see us soon!

Really loved the unit. A different, higher chair would be nice. My husband has a hard time getting down into the chair. Other than that I am really waiting for next winter so we can return.
