South Seas T3-1509: Beautifully Updated Condo; What a View!

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

King Bed in the master and Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom(Queen and Queen) There is also a twin trundle under the bunk bed. All the rooms have access to the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful view. All the comforts of home in this condo. Lots of amenities in the South Seas complex to include tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and Boat Dock rentals. Fitness room in lobby.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
