The view was amazing. There was a problem with the bathroom toilet running constantly upon our arrival but once we contacted the office they fixed it very quickly. Carpet and some furnishings are becoming a little worn but overall it was a very beautiful property in an excellent location on the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience and choosing our property. We’re glad to know you enjoyed your stay! We truly appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime!
We absolutely loved this rental and its location. Right on the beach and short drives to everything! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone in the area was extremely nice. We found some pretty shells, shark teeth and even caught a few fish from the beach!
This house is perfect for a small family or for friends (as long as no one minds bunk beds)
The kitchen /den/breakfast area are all open and perfect for entertaining. We were able to open the doors and windows to the deck overlooking the beach.
The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom was a dream!
We will return!
Overall stay was great! Only downside was that the cleaning crew showed up an hour before we were supposed to check out and sat there waiting and watching while my family and I packed up our car. It was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, great property with great views.
We enjoyed our stay here. The deck is amazing and the proper has wonderful access to the beach. But please know that if you are traveling there by plane, there is absolutely no beach stuff at the property. It's the first beach house we've rented that didn't have any beach items. There also isn't an outdoor shower -- you have to use a hose in the front yard to wash off sand.

Great location right on the beach
A very nice house - well laid out, great beach views, and direct access to the beach. With two bunk beds in one bedroom and the direct access to the beach, it is perfect for kids wanting beach time. And the beach itself is lovely. My only suggestion - ask the cleaners to ease up on the febreze. It took two days for the smell of it to clear up.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you loved this home as much as we do. We will follow up with housekeeping about the Febreeze as you suggested.
We loved the beach. The house was a little run down and needed updating and general maintenance like paint. It was clean. Master bed was extremely firm. When we arrived the air conditioning down stairs was not working. I called the after hours number and we left to go to dinner when we returned the HVAC tech was leaving and he had it working. We are happy with the rental. The only thing that would keep us from renting again would be how firm the master bed was.
Positives - Location, Beach Access, House Cleanliness, Linen and towels provided, Beautiful views of the ocean, Beach was never crowed, Plenty of space for a family of 4.
Negatives - Master Bed - Hard as a rock, Beach equipment - 2 chairs, 1 broken bogie board, 3 beach towels - for a house that can sleep eight people was disappointing, No gutters on front of house - had to downpours and trying to type in code and get into house I was quite soaked by the time we got in.
The house and location were nice. We had to leave two days early because of hurricane Milton. I asked for a two day credit to use it later, but was told no. Of course we would have added a couple of paid days to that, but no. Very disappointed.
The location to the beach was great. Especially with children. It was close to the road but we were able to manage. There was an issue with ants that we had to address and the property management helped handle quickly. Cookware was useable and had what we needed. However when we left our clothes had a smoke smell residue. It wasn’t something we noticed while we were there but did get in our clothes bags and pillows. Overall we liked our stay we have 4 small children so we did have to keep a close eye but we enjoyed it.
We have stayed in this house three times now. The location is perfect to the beach (right on it) and the wonderful restaurants in Fernandina Beach. The master suite is large with huge shower, etc
Two observations: 1.)There are no plastic cups in the kitchen, only glass - perhaps that is silly to mention but it would be nice to have a few non-breakable drinking glasses
2.) The dining table is very small and uncomfortable - it has 4 seats that are attached that swing out. Luckily the kitchen island is huge so if one wants to put a puzzle together, it is great
Otherwise, the new couches are comfortable for tv watching and the kitchen is large but not overly generously outfitted. It is okay.

Corey, thank you for leaving us a review! We are so happy you have continued to enjoy your stays in this property. Thank you for giving us suggestions on how to make this property better as well. Guests giving us feedback like this is appreciated always. We hope to see you again soon!
We had 8 young adults and the house was just as advertised and just what were looking for. However we found items that belonged to the previous renters in the sheets of one of the beds so that was a little concerning that the sheets might not have been changed. We let the property manager place know when we left and you could tell they were concerned. We wish we had a few more things in the kitchen. For example, we only had two small trash bags and only one pod for the dishwasher which isn't going to work for eight people for a week. Otherwise...we had a great time and great location.
My family and I stayed here for 4 days in total. My overall opinion of this rental is good. We were unable to enjoy the beach during our stay due to adverse weather conditions during our stay so we spent the majority of our time in the home. What this house gets right, 1) The master bedroom is very nice and has a great view. 2) The closeness to the beach is perfect. What this house is not so great at, 1) When we arrived, the entire house had a cigarette smoke smell that was bad enough we had to go to the grocery store to buy air fresheners to try to mask the smell. Upon arriving back home from our vacation, the inside of my suitcase still had the smoke smell stuck inside. 2) Although the beach is close, there are no steps off the back porch to the beach, so you must walk around the house to get to the beach pathway. There is also no sand shower or anything outside the home to wash sand off. So you have to use a water hose to wash the salt and sand off in the front yard 10ft from the street. 3) The b
Overall, I think we liked this location and would probably recommend with the above mentioned caveats.
This location is great. It was two adults and a 12yr old for the first few days of our stay and we were then joined by two more adults for a couple days. There was plenty of room for everyone. The photos of this location are accurate. Access to the beach was just mere steps away.
The property was clean and 'starter' supplies were located in the home (a few trash bags, a couple rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, a pack of dishwasher powder, bar soap) but we gathered additional supplies from the store to last for our week.
The home has plenty of plates, cups and silverware. There are cutting boards, knives, coffee makers and toaster. There are a couple pans; these are old and worn and could be replaced soon.
There were clean linens, plenty of towels. A nice touch to this property would be oversized bath towels to compliment the oversized showers.
I would've really liked to see a TV in the 'kid' room with the bunk beds.
The views in this house are beautiful. The waterhoses by the front door and on the balcony are a nice touch for rinsing off sand, etc. The cushions on the balcony furniture need some TLC, but they sure did not stop me from taking a nap out there.
We enjoyed our stay here and made some great memories. Would absolutely stay at this location again in the future.
Overall, we really enjoyed this property. There are beautiful views of the beach from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, and the home is located close to downtown.
There were two negatives for us:
1. This house is VERY close to the road (I am talking about a car length or less), and the road is very busy. There are no back stairs to the beach, and the front stairs are right by the road. Because of this, I was not comfortable with my kid going outside unless she was with an adult. Also, the guest bedroom with the queen bed is at the front of the house. Whoever slept in the room was woke up by traffic sounds and headlights shining in the windows.
2. We had to bring A LOT of things ourselves. You know how you stay in some rental homes and the owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is provided for you? This is not one of those properties, and I think it is because it is company managed, not owner managed. There was less than one paper towel roll provided, so we had to bring paper towels. There was only 2 small garbage bags provided, so we had to purchase our own garbage bags. There was only one laundry pod and dishwasher pod provided, so we had to bring those ourselves as well. For each bathroom, there was 2 toilet paper rolls provided, so we are okay there. I also had to bring my own cooking utensils (the pots and pans I wanted to use) because those provided have certainly seen better days. The only pan provided was a pizza pan.
We had a nice stay - being right on the beach was wonderful! I do wish they provided beach towels and chairs/umbrellas - seems odd for a beach house to not have these things available. Otherwise, the property was as described.

House needs a lot of touches. It was nice but honestly, the owner you clean up, paint, remove rust, clean up junk outside and underneath the walkway. It looks like a remodel patch job. Love the potential. Probably not rent this one again .
Very nice and ample home. Great for even two families with kids. The quiet of the beach is just the best. Thank you for a wonderful spring break!

Beautiful Ocean Views
We truly enjoyed our location. Very short distance from house to beach. The house was very nice and clean. There are stairs from the entry to the living level and stairs with a landing area from the living area to the bedrooms.
Kitchen has gas cooking which is awesome. All in all a great trip.
You will need to call the rental company with key pickup and return. No communication with us from them, although they were very pleasant when we called and very helpful!
