Newly remodeled loft-style apartment located in the center of the historic district in Brigham City. All new surfaces, including hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and glass shower enclosures. Electronic access to the building, with security cameras, full commercial fire sprinkler and alarm systems, All essentials within walking distance - groceries, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, personal care salons, etc. Separate HVAC controls and water heaters. All new appliances and fixtures.
Note: This is a historic building with very tall ceilings and a corresponding tall stairway to the apartments. It is not accessible by wheelchair nor can it meet ADA standards for access.
