What a wonderful property. Morris was so helpful and responded to all our questions immediately. We planned on bringing our boat, but as luck would have it, it broke down right after booking the reservation. Nonetheless, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. By not bringing the boat, we did other things, like the amazing hikes to Margaret Falls and the Balmoral trail. The kids had so much fun fishing, go-carting and swimming in the lake. We went to a farmers market and took a day trip to Craigellachie and the Enchanted Forest. Had many wonderful barbecues and really enjoyed our meals at Finz Bar & Grill and the BaySide Marina & Grill. Hope to come back again next year for more adventures.

Very nice accommodations and very clean.

It was a perfect location. Unfortunately we are a senior couple so no air conditioning was a problem for us and the bedroom lighting was extremely dim. I did not realize how cramped bunk beds can be due to the lack of space between the upper and the lower. For a young family, it would be an ideal location. Thank you Morris for allowing us to rent your condo, on the whole we had a great time!

Right off the water

Great location for an older family. The location from launching dock is quite a distance from the residence. If you are brining your boat, bring your own rubber snubber for mooring. As long as the owner lets you know in advance of the rules and special accommodations for the property, it is a lovely place to stay. My daughter forgot her wallet when we left, Morris was very helpful in locating it and coming up with a solution.

Beautiful place!

This property was amazing. The view from the kitchen to overlook the lake is very relaxing. Even the neighbors were super friendly and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again!

Location was amazing, right on the water!

Condo was clean, dock and bouy provided. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Deck is shared with everyone and is the only way to access the unit. View is Fantastic!

Waterfront, Boat access, nice deck

You can't find a waterfront property for this price on Shuswap Lake! We enjoyed the sunshine, the quiet lake and coffee on the deck looking out to the lake and our boat. We used the Whitehead Road Boat Ramp which is free but a 20 min boat ride back to the property. This is a bottom floor unit. I would give the property 5 stars if it got an update like carpets and a deep clean. The property owner was thankful for my feedback of so many missing items (like pillow cases, pepper, steak knives, etc) that should be addressed for next renters. The Master bedroom is a bunk bed.

Great location, no drinking water upon arrival, a lot of rules and list of do nots but not much welcoming and local information. An expectation for the place to be left clean but not so clean upon arrival.

Beautiful location, love the Shuswap

The property was perfect, can't be closer to the water than this! The apparent was adorable and the kitchen was fully equipped, although the previous renters put away some dirty dishes and left wet laundry in the washer that we had to re-wash. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was great though. The neighbors were all very nice as well

Beautiful property

We had an amazing time at this property. We brought our boat and having a dedicated buoy and the ability to tie up to the dock during the day was amazing. Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and a stunning view of the water. The owner was very easy to communicate with and replied very quickly to my questions. It’s a small condo building with very few rentals and lots of very nice owners. We would absolutely recommend this for a peaceful vacation (not a place for partiers).

Amazing location

We loved our stay here - the condo is right on the water! Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. Morris was great to deal with and all of the other residents were friendly and welcoming. We will be back!!!

Eagle Bay Condo

Location is great! Literally by thecwater. Condo ujit is cleam, has everything inside. Inly downfall when we were there was a water boiler advisory which we has to rake extra precaution but Morris ( property manager) provided us with water supply.

This was a nice getaway for a single family with the lake being right underneath your patio. Great trip.
