Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all personal belongings and gather trash into trash bins. Gather any trash outside as well. Discard large trash into the city trash bins at driveway entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside only. Must dispose all cigarette butts. Fees of $350 will be accessed if rule not followed.
No parties or events. You must get pre-approval for gatherings. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation and departure from property.
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. No exceptions due to neighbors.

This neighborhood is full of folks who cares about one another, yet keeping to themselves. It is truly quiet, peaceful, and safe. You will enjoy it here and feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

It’s modern charm in the inside with rustic country living on the outside. This is the result of two partners different design tastes. My husband said to leave the outside design to him. He had a health setback therefore his strength has been affected. But he refused to get help and did a lot of the work himself.
