Spacious living room with an adjoining dining area. The home features a first-floor primary bedroom a queen size bed plus a beautiful, large ensuite bathroom with tiled shower and double vanity. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one includes a private outdoor balcony) plus a 4th bedroom/study with a full-size pullout couch. Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower.

Enjoy the home amenities that include a large deck off the kitchen with Weber grill and space for outdoor dining plus large yard for games including cornhole or for just relaxing. Additional amenities include WIFI, cable, washer + dryer, air conditioning.

The home is ideally located within blocks of over a dozen restaurants/taverns and antique stores, boutiques, a spa, parks, walking trails, golf and so much more including bike trails and golf course! Everything was great! The host was fabulous, the house was impeccable. Everything was very clean, the host even left goodies in the fridge. I highly recommend if you are heading to the Saratoga area you will want to stay here.

A truly excellent home, and superior overall rental experience. The home has been recently renovated, is effectively brand new, and has everything you might desire in a vacation spot.The owner was a pleasure to deal with - I only wish there were more like him in vrbo land. And if you're looking for essy access to Satatoga, Ballston Spa is a great little town. Once you get used to the idea many of the bars and restaurants pack up and close by 9 or 10p.

Perfect Stay Near Saratoga with an Amazing Host

We had an amazing stay at John’s home! Everything from booking to check-out was seamless. We were a group of four friends in town for Saratoga weekend, and this spot was perfect - just a quick, easy Uber to the track, but tucked away enough to relax and unwind after a day out.John was an exceptional host, super communicative, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations that made our stay even better. The house itself was spotless, modern, and clearly very well cared for. We especially loved grabbing breakfast in Ballston Spa on our last day. It’s a charming town within walking distance and worth exploring.Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay again!

Ballston Spa is a Historic Village in the middle of Saratoga County. It is only a few miles from Saratoga Springs but it has so much charm and character that you may find you never leave the town while staying. Lots of new restaurants, shops and services have moved into town and all are walking distance from our Getaway. The town is continuously a sought out area for people to live and be part of a community of neighbors that enjoy what a village can bring and you see it in their smiles!

What makes this property unique

Location Location Location… and our experience! We have THE location for Ballston Spa being right in the middle of town but behind the church with a LARGE double town lot. It is very quiet and private but only a few blocks from everything in town. We outfitted our 4th Getaway Luxury Rental with everything you need to feel at home but with a lot of style and fun.
