# 506 Shipmates Beach House: 200 yardas por camino de grava a la sección privada de la playa de Nauset. ¡Cubierta de la azotea! Vistas al agua! Gran patio bien cuidado para juegos al aire libre. Una vez en la entrada privada de la playa de la asociación (a solo 3 minutos a pie), se encuentra otro bello y corto paseo de 7 minutos sobre el pantano de Nauset hasta la playa. Este paseo es tan pacífico como puede ser. Nuestra casa puede acomodar hasta 6 personas en una cama king y cuatro camas gemelas. El espacioso interior permite que su familia se separe y se relaje después de un día en la playa. Hay una cocina completa y bien equipada para preparar comidas. La hermosa terraza al aire libre y el amplio patio privado son perfectos para disfrutar de la cena o cócteles al aire libre. ¡Ducha exterior prístina, para aquellos que prefieren enjuagarse al aire libre!
Esta casa es una excelente opción para un grupo de 6 o menos personas que desean estar en un vecindario por excelencia de Cape Cod, a 10 minutos a pie de la mejor playa del Cabo y tienen suficiente espacio para que toda la familia se relaje. ¡Los perros son bienvenidos!

Great house, beautiful location.

The house is wonderful, in a great neighborhood and very close to the beautiful beach. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Del Mar also does a great job and is as flexible as possible.

Quiet, secluded and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay here in early June! The home itself is spacious and well maintained, and the property is very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short walk away, and is secluded; we were often the only ones on the beach regardless of the time of day. We look forward to staying here again!

Was extremely hot the weeks we were there, and the three mini split systems were insufficient to cool the house. Otherwise fine.

Convenient.

The house was as advertised. Older decor, but everything we need it for a great Thanksgiving dinner with family.very private, and convenient to the beach. Only suggestion would be to get a real TV.

Quiet getaway

This home gave us just what we wanted. It was relatively secluded and incredibly quiet. Easy walk to the beach. You can't tell from the website, but dogs aren't allowed on the beach during the summer - that would have been good to know - but it worked fine the way it was.

If you love spending time at the beach, this is the place for you!

Super easy rental process through VRBO/ Del Mar vacation rentals. Checkin was seamless, house was exactly as described, and had everything we needed! Private section of Nauset beach just at the end of the road! The only reason I didn’t rate this five stars is because the mosquitos were so bad in the yard we couldn’t spend anytime out there…we literally had to put shoes on right before going outside, and had to run out with the can of “OFF” at the ready - my daughter had so many bites that swelled up and needed Benadryl and cortisone cream. No bugs at the beach though, and there is a small screened in porch, so it did not detract from our overall enjoyment during our vacation. Would definitely recommend!! Just bring lots of bug spray!

Almost Perfect

Lovely house and property, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Comfortable, homey atmosphere. Had a wonderful time. Two thoughts. Although worth it the cost is not low and given that, or maybe even discounting that, the tone of boilerplate communications with management was a little sharp and demanding. However interactions with the actual people was friendly. Second, check-in is a little late and check out is a little early. Changing them to 2 P.M. and 10 A.M. would give guests the feeling that they weren’t losing a day at either end of their “weekly” rental and would allow a less rushed departure at the end of a relaxing vacation.

Crashing Wave Beach House

The property was fantastic in location, style, amenities, and character of the home. We felt like it was a perfect fit for us immediately, down to the German books in the library. The 4 star rating for cleanliness was only for the weathered windows - otherwise it was spotless and welcoming. The management team was great - immediately responsive, helpful, friendly, and accommodating to every need and request. We shared this magical place with family and friends - hard to believe it is available to us. We are planning to return with no hesitations at all - in fact, can't wait for the next opportunity to walk to the "crashing wave beach'.

Great stay at this property, house was cozy , loved the screen porch and open yard for games and relaxing. The walk to private beach is lovely and the beach was so peaceful. Great location to down town shops and restaurants. We hiked to Pochet Island and explored one day, highly recommend. Thank you!

We enjoyed our overall stay. The communication process, check in, check out was excellent. The location was very nice and relaxing. Easy to get to other destinations. There were quite a few carpenter ants at the house and it was a bit musty. One suggestion is to put a light at the bottom of the steps near the driveway. Again, overall we loved our first time experience on the Cape and we are thinking about our next Cape Cod vacation. Thank you

The consummate beach house...the property offers casual liviing and easy beach access.

We had a wonderful month at this casual yet roomy beach property. The house offers lots of windows to open, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware, and a lovely screened porch. The property is spacious, yet relatively private and the deck is perfect for sun bathing, eating outdoors or just enjoying the sound of the waves. The management company, Del Mar Vacations, was responsive and handles all phases of maintenance. The easy access to a private and beautiful section of Nauset Beach was the ultimate benefit! We would recommend a vacation here,
