家は人気のステレンボッシュワイン街道の始まりに位置し、ケープタウン国際空港からわずか15分です。 テーブルマウンテン、ケープポイント、サイモンの町（アフリカのペンギンがいる岩の多いビーチ）、ウォーターフロント（ショッピングとボートでロベン島への乗馬）から30分です。 また、Hermanus（ホエールウォッチング）から1時間、Gansbaai（サメケージダイビング）から1時間半です。

Beautiful Safe Neighborhood

We had a very lovely stay here. Everything felt very safe in this neighborhood and we had some very nice walks around the vineyard. The home was clean and cosy with everything we needed. It was very nice to get to know the Gules. My only complaint is that I didn't stay here longer.

Our 2 week stay at Croydon was nothing short of amazing and our host Njabu was so friendly and hospitable and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the day we left and nothing was a hassle. Her adjoining home where we stayed is spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely well equipped kitchen. The house is positioned in a lovely neighbourhood that is very secure with pool and gym facilities and is ideally located from Cape Town CBD in one direction and Stellenbosch in the other and it’s within no less than 10 mins drive you’re in Somerset West for all your shopping needs. I would not hesitate in staying here again in the future.

Eine sehr hochwertige wie saubere Wohnung in einer top gepflegten Anlage ! Der Sicherheitsstandard ist sehr hoch, das Personal freundlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr offen, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Ein ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlendes Feriendomizil. A very high quality like clean apartment in a well maintained complex!The safety standard is very high, the staff friendly. The landlords are very open, helpful and always approachable. An unrestricted holiday home to recommend.

Fastigheten var helt ok men vi saknade en hel del saker. Instruktioner saknades på engelska för bl.a tv och köksmaskiner. I sovrummen saknades sänglampor och galgar i garderoberna. Diverse kökssaker såsom äggkoppar visp tratt etc fanns ej. Tyvärr fanns det ej allmänna kommuniktioner och taxi så egen bil är ett måste.

Wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir fühlten uns in den knapp drei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl und sehr sicher. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit ihrer Familie direkt daneben, so sind Fragen schnell und unkompliziert zu lösen. Wir wurden sehr warmherzig begrüßt und verabschiedet! Außerdem bekamen wir auch tolle Tipps von der Familie für Ausflüge in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In der total sauberen Ferienwohnung mangelt es an nichts. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Bis Kapstadt, mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie z. B. Tafelberg, Waterfront, Kirstenbosch,..., fährt man ca. 30 - 45 Minuten. Nach den Ausflügen kann man der Großstadthektik wieder entfliehen :-) Man kann entspannt auf dem Gelände spazieren gehen. Sogar ein Spielplatz ist in der Nähe. In ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich eine Shopping Mall mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Auch viele Weinfarmen befinden sich im näheren Umkreis. Wir freuen uns auf unsere nächsten Urlaube in Südafrika, die wir mit Sicherheit wieder bei Familie Gule verbringen werden.

This property is located within a working wine farm on the border of the City of Cape Town and Stellenbosch. When we were expecting our first born, we started looking for a property to purchase, we wanted an a safe neighbourhood with open spaces for our family to grow and this place offered that and lots more. Within the estate are numerous communal places, play areas, biking and walking trails within the vineyards, a 3 storey gym and an overall community vibe with young and old families living in harmony.

Opening your bedroom door every morning and being surrounded by rolling vineyards, unparalleled sunsets in the evenings, views of table mountain when taking a walk down the main estate street, absolutely priceless. Dams with ducks and ample open areas within the estate. Additionally, this estate is located at the start of the Cape winelands, Cape town airport is within 15 minutes drive and Cape town city centre about 30 minutes away. You can be close to the city without being in the city itself. This property is a 10 minute drive to Strand beach, Cheetah outreach and award winning wine estates and shopping malls. There is everything within reach.

Our property has been furnished to a high standard with granite kitchen counter tops and high end appliances (SMEG and LG). It is fully furnished.
