Mountain Retreat Located Seconds from Loon Mt, Lincoln and White Mtns

Two bedroom, one bath tri-level townhouse nestled in The Village of Loon. Sleeps 4-5 people.
YES! We are air conditioned.
The lower level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with laundry. The enclosed loft contains 2 twin beds and an additional pull-out single chair. Bring a sleeping bag and a pillow for your 3rd child to sleep on the pullout (bedding not supplied for the pullout single, see pictures for visual)

The Village at Loon is located seconds from the entrance to Loon Mountain. Take a gondola ride to the top and enjoy a stunning view of the mountains, explore the glacier caves and have a snack, take a zipline ride across the river or if you're feeling adventurous, or zipline through the trees. Close to dozens of hiking trails and local attractions, including downtown Lincoln, Lost River, Hobo Railroad, Whale's Tale Water Park and Clark's Trading Post, Polly's Pancake Pallor, Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain's tram, the Flume Gorge and the historic Basin. About a 45 minute drive to Mt. Washington, the Cog Railroad, North Conway, Santa's Village and Story Land.

Amenities available only a short walk away include 4 pools, tennis courts, hot-tubs, and a workout room. Bringing Fido with you; there are pet pick-up stations accessible for your convenience along with lots of paved walking areas around the Village and off-leash trails. Perfect for a family or couple.

Summer trip to Loon

We had a great time visiting Loon for our wedding, and this property was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to access, there were good instructions on what to do within the unit for checkout, a highlighted map of the property etc. and we really enjoyed our stay here!

College sweethearts originally from the Boston area but moved to Cape Cod about 25 years ago to start our family. We are a teacher and an corporate pilot raising 2 wonderful children in this beautiful location!

Why they chose this property

One of our children have a food allergy. We always need a kitchen to provide her with safe meals while we travel. Last year we visited the Village of Loon and fell in love with the location and the townhouse. We were lucky enough to be able to purchase it! We wanted to be able to share it with others so you can enjoy the same experiences that made us fall in love with the area. It really is our happy place!

What makes this property unique

The location of the townhouse is stellar. It is so close to the "action" yet still nestled in a quiet peaceful community. You CAN actually have it all! It is within walking distance to Loon Mountain (3/4 mile to the doors of the gondola) or bike on the bike/walking trail to town. Bring your special someone for a romantic getaway, or your family for some fun basking in the local attractions such as the waterfalls and swimming hole just up the road on the Kanc. The views as you drive are so breathtaking you will have a hard time keeping your eyes on the road. Pull off at any of the numerous scenic viewing sights to take in some of the most breathtaking sights you have ever seen. You can be at the Black Mountain Burger Company (ohhh so delicious!) in 3 minutes by car. So many restaurants, shops and even a movie theater only minutes away. Think Flap Jacks 5 minutes from your door! From the living/dining room of the townhouse you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony with your family or enjoy your coffee alone, or with your special someone on your private deck off the master bedroom. You could have a cozy romantic meal sitting at the bistro table on the balcony with glimpses of the mountains or while gazing up at the stars in the northern sky and then come in to warm-up in front of the gas fireplace while sitting on the couch or hanging in the comfy chairs. There is no better place that offers so much along with the peaceful beauty the White Mountains are known for!
