This 3-bedroom house in Hanahan is perfect for your escape. The brilliant king, queen, and murphy beds offer soothing comfort for guests. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, relaxation is key. The quaint living room with 2 sofa beds provides a cozy space to unwind. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. This home was recently completed in 2025 and is one of several available on the same block all with similar finishes and floor plans. The location is very convenient to Park Circle, Downtown Charleston and the area beaches. Home is fully furnished with all linens and towels provided. There is off-street parking with a one car garage. Come see what Charleston has to offer from this great location.

The rooms were nice and clean. We had all the space we needed to get everything ready for a baby shower with guests from all over. The only area for improvement is the parking.

The WiFi did not work during our stay, and the TV buffered the entire time, which was inconvenient.The neighborhood did not feel very safe, with a lot of foot traffic at all hours, and there was loud music and partying next door late into the night, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. That said, the house itself was very clean, the maid was incredibly kind, and the host was responsive and quick to communicate throughout our stay.

Sorry to hear you had an issue but if you had communicated that to us we could have assisted you. The WiFi was working fine for the previous guests and we have an online way to look at status. As to the neighborhood we have had no issues in our 3 in years of ownership. In the future please communicate so hosts can assist you

The house itself was great. Has all the basic necessities that you’d need in a rental. The house is spacious enough for 8 people if needed. The only issue was parking. It is a bit tight out front. We couldn’t really use the garage with our 2024 Chevy Traverse Z71. It was too large for the garage. The area by the front porch worked and we just happened to get lucky that the other house next to this one was empty the days we were here. So owner allowed us to park the 2nd car there. Other than that the house for our needs.

Hanahan is a bedroom community to the greater Charleston area. They are very friendly to short term rentals and our guests. The location is very convenient to everything in Charleston from the beaches to historic downtown Charleston. It is also very close to the airport and all major roadways in our market. You are literally 15-20 minutes from everything you would want to do in Charleston in any direction.
