The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!

Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated.

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing, the condo was clean and well stocked, the resort was beautiful with two pools and a magazine worthy beach that were literal steps away from the resort! We also enjoyed the valet service, which was not included in our stay price, and is the only way to have a car on the premise. However, that did not bother us and we rather enjoyed the service! Just keep it in mind if you are driving to the resort or using a rental car. The resort is in a very beautiful and safe area of Palm beach on Singer island! We enjoyed walking the streets, dining at local restaurants and exploring the beach shore! We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar within the resort. The food was great and the bar staff was always attentive. We were visiting during NYE and enjoyed a wonderful dinner with live music, a NYE limited menu and free s’mores on the beach. We experienced great and attentive service while we were on vacation and did not come across any blunders during our stay. We will definitely be back! We have already recommended this resort and condo to friends and family.
