PERFECT: Tennis Getaway in Sea Pines

The location and house amenities were exactly what we needed for the weekend. Even though the kitchen and bathrooms are dated everything worked and the house has a lot of space for 8 adults sharing the house.

Family va-cay

We had a great trip. This house was great for our group. The layout is nice and we loved sitting outside on the patio. The only issue we had was the smoke detector randomly went off at 1am and nearly scared us all to death. We would stay here again.

Home is in a perfect location and has a ton of room. It needs some updating but the price is a bargain for this area. The only reason I give this three stars is that every bed is rock hard. It is very hard to enjoy a stay when no one in your party can get a good rest. We all struggled to sleep each night because of the quality of the mattress, they are all very hard.

Very nice property and great communication. If you plan on being in Sea Pines, this a great option. Plenty of space with a nice outdoor area. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to all of the Sea Pines amenities. The roomy house is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private, screened porch. The beach chairs and bikes are a great extra! Our entire family (ages 12-87) had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Hilton Head Vacation

Our stay was amazing. The home was great with plenty of room for all of us. A huge amenity was the 4 bikes! The home is located in a very peaceful area, as Sea Pines is always a delight to visit. Thank you for giving my family this choice!

Family finally in one place

We finally got the entire family on vacation: four different family units (3 sons) in one house for the week....in a place where everyone could do their thing - beach, bike, boat, relax - with their own bedroom and full bath and a huge family room/kitchen that allowed us to enjoy meals and time together. Aside from some dated appliances in the kitchen, hard to beat the value this place offers for a group.

This house was perfect for our needs. The walkways and space around the bexs were bigger than expected. Having everything on the vrohnd level was a key need for our family due to a member with limited mobility. Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful community.

Had lots of good times

House is very spacious and in a good location. When we arrived we killed approximately 15 spiders. So would recommend pest spray treatment. House needs updating but is priced fairly. We had lots of good times!

Family vacation

The property was large and fit our family of seven nicely. It was well equipped if somewhat rundown. The air conditioning broke but was quickly repaired. The refrigerator leaked and we had to place a towel under the door. The house could use some tlc but was overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice House for Getaway with our pup!

This house was nice and worked for our Spring Break getaway with our dog. It is in a good location and easy to get to the beach and other places within Sea Pines. It was much bigger than we thought it was from the pictures and was set up nice so you have 2 two-bedroom wings of the house separate from one another. Would be good setup for 2 families so each one would have their space. There are new floors throughout which was nice and easy to sweep up when sand was tracked in from the beach. Overall, it's a nice house.

Nice house

The house was very nice and comfortable. In a lovely neighborhood and close access to the beach by bike. So appreciate the use of the bikes provided. The porch furniture could use cleaning but it was too hot to sit out during our trip. Thank you for letting us rent from you!

One of the best we've rented over 40 years of going to Sea pines

This is an excellent family house because of the large areas and furnishings. It could use a little TLC but the spaciousness and layout makes up a great deal for it. Very clean. Furniture is getting a little ragged but that's to be expected and can easily be overlooked for its convenience of location and usability. Very well stocked in the kitchen. I shouldn't even be mentioning all this because I want to keep the Play store ourselves. LOL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this home! The property is beautiful and spacious. The fact that bikes and extra chairs were provided were a great plus. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 min, but obviously faster if you're on a bike. I do agree with some other reviews about the cleanliness of the home but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.

House was nice, great location, able to bike to Harbour Town, Salty Dog, beach, and even to Caligny

We used every square inch of the property with 8 adults and 3 small children. Everything was super, except little inconveniences here and there. We rented some bikes and used the bikes at the property and pretty much biked everywhere we went. House has three different televisions and everyone got to watch what they wanted. Kitchen was adequate, as we cooked in most nights. Lots of space to spread out. Overall, we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Christmas 2022

Loved this house!!! We came to Hilton Head to be with family at Christmas. This house was perfect! Very spacious, tons of room with lots of new updates including flooring and furniture. We saw deer every morning while having coffee. This was a treat for my husband. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor living space because of the extreme cold temperatures but it looked amazing and is huge. I would definitely rent this property again,. We loved the location and everything about it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
