First vrbo experience and Tyler was a great host. The location is as described on the water, the distance from the main events in Salem was worth it to get away from the crowds and have a nice place to relax.

The house was immaculate. Very clean and what an amazing view of the water. The pictures online don’t do it justice. I’d recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and filled with nice touches that made me feel right at home. Best of all, the property features a spectacular view and is located next door to Max's house from the movie Hocus Pocus! It made the experience truly unforgettable. Communication was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view and a great location. You are diagonally across the street from Max and Dani Dennison’s oceanfront home from Hocus Pocus, so there is some foot traffic from people stopping by to see it. Pioneer Village is just a few minutes away on foot, and Essex Street is only a couple of minutes away by car. The property is also conveniently located near several other scenic locations and attractions. There are window AC units in each bedroom, which was nice to have, although they are on the louder side when running.Overall our stay was GREAT!

Nice old home feeling right next to the water where at low tide you can hunt for shells and see other ships near by even watched where a company near by put a couple sale boats in the water place has a nice big deck on the front to sit in the cool breeze from the water very nice people there to help with your needs if needed At first I thought it would be noisy since the owner lives up stairs but I never heard anything that was nice the only downside to the place is there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and our first day there is was real hot but we made the most of it I want to thank the owner for nice place to stay we all had a blast hope to maybe stay there again in the future
