Hi there! We’re Trevor and Vanessa, proud hosts of this beautifully restored 1920s home in the heart of High Point. As a former contractor and a current local realtor, I’ve always had a passion for bringing old spaces back to life — and this home is one of our favorites.
My wife may not be from here originally, but she’s fallen in love with this city just as much as I have. Together, we’ve made it our mission to invest in and uplift the community we care so deeply about. Through thoughtful renovations and a lot of heart, we’ve transformed this house into a cozy, welcoming space for guests from all walks of life.

We have a love for this area as we have and currently own several properties around here. Even currently our office for work is right around the corner. We believe this area and this neighborhood and going to continue to grow and bloom as downtown High Point continues to grow. We are excited to be a part of the change.
