10/10 place to stay. Pool was clean and open past Labor Day. House was clean, stocked with basic necessities. Beds were comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Neighborhood very nice and safe.

Great little house! It is near the highway, but it didn’t bother us one bit, and was priced very well for that. Good neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

From the other reviews, the traffic noise is VERY loud. The house buts up directly to a major highway so there is no outside peace and quiet, which is a shame since the pool and covered deck were great. The outside grill is a small electric Ninja which cooked well but has a small cooking surface. House was old but clean and well maintained. Extra large TV for sports season. We came for the Tulsa State fair which worked great since the house was only 5 minutes from the fairgrounds. Overall a good stay but the traffic noise is definitely a big negative but cannot be controlled by the owner.

Absolutely amazing place. Kids went crazy in the pool. House is a little older so if the doors are open the AC has a little harder time keeping up but that's just being picky. Host was super responsive. We will be back. A highly recommend!!!

House itself was very beautiful and clean. The A/C was wonderful and the kitchen well-appointed for our stay of one night. The beds were comfortable. Drawbacks- the noise from the highway on the other side of the fence meant having a conversation was not going to happen in the backyard. The pool was clean but has some safety issues that need addressing, such as a faulty pool light breaker so no pool lights, and no safety bars to get out of the pool at the steps. It would be nice to have a pool heater as the water was great for creating brown fat (i.e. pretty darn cold) but understand with the purpose of the building why there is not one. This is a location that I would rent again if relatives or friends were to come to town. This was my first experience with this type of service and this home was a good start.
