We had a wonderful time visiting with our family in the area plus doing some site seeing. Having the beautiful home to come back to each evening made our stay even more enjoyable! Loved being able to sit in the spa each night after a full day! We'd love to come back some day!

Excellent stay. Everything was as described. Just a note for our older travelers. All the bedrooms were upstairs and it was a relatively steep staircase.

Hot tube and spa pool were excellent. Really loved how clean this space was - great location to everything from Zion to downtown St.George. The garage isn't useable for vehicles but we stored our bikes in there so that was great to keep them from prying eyes.

The hot tub was great. But the swimming pool was the best. Our kids loved it! It was perfect for our small group with younger kids. It was in a perfect location super close to the community pool which was also great!My husband and I loved running the paths around the community. The backdrop was beautiful. We had a great time!

Red Sands

From the moment we checked in, which was as easy as it can get, to check out was a very relaxing place to stay. Extremely clean and neat. The description of the property is accurate. Bedrooms are all upstairs with a nice game room in the garage. TV's in each bedroom, a gathering area for several people upstairs, one in the game room, one in the living room and one outdoors in the back area (8 total TV's). We used it as our VRBO for a golf outing for 4 men and it was perfect.

We had an amazing stay here over Father’s Day weekend with our family! The home was exceptionally clean, and everything was exactly as described. One of our favorite features was that each spacious bedroom had its own full bathroom, which made a huge difference for our large family.The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all of the appliances and amenities worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the swim spa and hot tub in the backyard—they were the perfect way to unwind after a fun day together.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home truly had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress-free stay. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra day! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.

We loved the games in the garage, the hot tub and pool.The bathroom in every bedroom was so nice with us all getting ready for softball and lacrosse games at the same time.
