We had a really great experience at this property. It was just what we wanted for our trip to Florida. It was a good location for the things we wanted to do on our visit. The home was very inviting… we slept comfortably at night in the bed, and the living room was perfect to come home and relax after a long day at the beach! We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and waved hello, we felt safe and happy.

Everything was just fine very comfortable and well appointed. Could use a better mattress the foam topper was not very comfortable

We want to thank the host and management company for accommodating us for our stay. As locals to the area, the property is in a great location for all the Tarpon Springs perks. We stayed for about 17 days, the neighborhood was extremely quiet which was very nice. Upon walking into the house for the first time, the grounds were very unkept- weeds everywhere. When I walked into the house for the first time, there was so many marks and dings on the walls, closet doors that didn’t work ect, we called to have to come out because I didn’t want to be charged for “damages”. The house is in need of a renovation. There is furniture everywhere which made it super hard to navigate. Our stay was fine, we just wish the house grounds were a little better kept up with, you couldn’t even see outside the living room windows into the back yard since they were dirty. The living room entertainment center was caked with dusty upon arrival. The backyard was a great size but unusable There is no grass just dirt, the patio was also very dirty. I want to thank the management company and host for allowing us to stay with pets and for such a long stay. Thank you to Suzette for her wonderful customer service.

Suited our needs, especially having two bathrooms! The bbq was an added bonus as we enjoyed grilling twice. Amenities were as stated.Unfortunately, the AC was inoperable…was “frozen” and did not cool house. Owner was prompt in trying to address problem and offered fans, but fans in Florida just move hot air around. Tech arrived to repair, but we already had two out of three nights of uncomfortable sleep…too bad! Temps were not in 90s nor too humid otherwise we could not have remained.Cute house overall and close to beach. Yard could use some TLC to make it more appealing/ useable.

The house was perfect for my needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were roomy and well equipped. Landscaping left a little to be desired. Location was great too. Very close to Sunset Beach. Thanks for a lovely stay
