Ce chalet est tout neuf! Il est trÚs bien situé, à seulement 5 km de Round Top. Il y a une chambre, 1 salle de bain, un salon et une cuisine complÚte. Il peut facilement accueillir 4 personnes. La chambre a un lit queen et le salon a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur. Si vous avez plus de 4 personnes, les deux gßtes dormiront 8. Le ruisseau à Round Top # 1 est également sur ce site.

A great hidden gem in Round Top! Thankful for the 2 large AC units during the hot TX heat. Kept the room/place cool. It was clean - had a full refrigerator and everything needed for a stay. Host was super accommodating- thanks again!

Super convenient location for Shakespeare at Winedale and features a full kitchen with a range and full-sized refrigerator. Feels like you're out in the country, because you are. Minutes from Round Top.

Perfect getaway!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location between the wedding & reception. Everything was so clean and ideal for my husband and I. We will definitely be back!

Great Property

A clean, cozy and competitively priced stay close Round Top festivities. Accommodations were great in/out of the property. The small touches - from the bottled water, snacks and thoughtful personalized note did not go unnoticed!

Great stay

Great location about 10 min outside of Round Top. Peaceful and could sit on porch to read, watch deer. Property was extremely clean and Kathy was super quick to respond to any questions and was thoughtful in bringing us extra coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Round Top Trip

Perfect place to stay in Round Top. Close to town, but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet countryside. Very clean. We even received a personalized welcome card and a bottle of wine! Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, Peaceful Retreat

Our little family of three stayed two nights at this wonderful property. Close to the sweet downtown of Round Top, but a bit out in the country where it is quiet and restful. The property is clean, comfortable, and you are surrounded by beautiful land. Neighbors were staying next door, but we never heard a peep! We loved our stay. Thank you!

"Me Time" - Round Top Spring Show

This cozy cottage was SO cute!!! It was perfect for what I was looking for on my 2 days arriving at Round Top to explore solo. It had everything I needed, secluded enough to get a peaceful sleep but less than 10 minutes from Round Top square! Adorable! I like to explore the shows a couple day shy myself and then my mom will join me. I felt very comfortable by myself at this cottage or would be perfect for a couple. Also would be amazing for a group of 2 -4 to rent both cottages next to each other. So peaceful and serene an had all of the amenities that I needed! The owners left a sweet welcome note with wine and snacks! My kind of people!

Great cottage for a Sip and Shop and maybe a little napping

This house was super cute! It's in a quiet, peaceful location. The parking was excellent and the cabin was the best we have rented. It was super clean. It's very modern and chic. The owner Kathy was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The kids were shocked to see the snacks she left, especially the Blue Bell. My mother and I brought my 2 young daughters to stay here and shop for Antique Week. Because the 2 children slept with my mother we could have easily slept another adult or child. I couldn't believe we were so close to downtown Round Top, only a couple of miles. We are definitely going to stay here again, and hopefully we will rent it in time to rent the other one also. It's great for a group of women who want to shop all day and then hang out at the property in the evening. It has beautiful oak trees and pastures in view, I can't wait to see it in the spring.

Secluded

The property was very nice and clean on the inside. The amenities were great. Located about 3 miles outside of the RoundTop shopping area. Very close to shopping during the Antique Show.

Perfect!

Hi all! This place was perfect. I brought a couple of girlfriends that had not had a taste of Round Top and much more!!!! The cottages still very close to town, yet not to far away from the market Bustle. We all had a great time. The cottage is cozy, clean, and roomy for 4. We enjoyed the small treats and little things to make our stay more complete. Let’s not forget about the porch is great for coffee or mimosas. Thank you for having us. Hope to spend time with you again soon!
