This is a great location for Round Top Antiques Fair. The home is in great condition and had everything you could need. So peaceful. If you're up for a little drive Murphy's Steakhouse in Winchester and Los Patrones Mexican Grill in Giddings were both very good. We found the property easily, the Hosts were very nice, and the homemade Beer Bread - YUM!

This place is awesome. Its vintage, if you want modern you will be dissappointed. The Bedrooms are tight, the bathroom is older, the floors creak, but its just as advertised. The Setting is the middle of a pasture, it is great! The view from the porch may inspire you to want to retire there. The owner is available and helpful. Its clean. Very unique Would Stay again

Great Country Getaway

Went with my mom and sister for a weekend of shopping in Round Top. We were greeted by the herd of cows when we arrived. The cottage sits on top of a hill and has a great breeze and views. We enjoyed the amenities and the beds were comfortable. It was a little challenging to shower without a hook to hang the shower head on. We will come back!

Just two of us gals getting away to enjoy freedom and antiquing....Had a great time and loved staying out in the country with such a beautiful view!! We enjoyed watching the cows come in for their dinner! What a treat! The house was cozy and so clean .. the beds were very comfortable and everything decorated very nicely...loved the coffee bar!! This cottage was lovely and very comfortable. We had OJ, creamer, coffee and apple pastries waiting for us upon arrival. Awesome views from the porch! Quiet. Very comfortable beds! We had a girls weekend here for Round Top shopping and the location is perfect. It's only 15 minutes away. House is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose. We really loved our stay! Thank you!

After a long day of antique shopping, Katie's Kottage at the William's Ranch is peaceful with a breath talking view from the porch. The Kottage has everything you need. Great comfy beds and homemade Apple Strudel. Only 13 miles from Warrenton off 954 or 13 miles to Round Top Square off of 1457. You will not regret staying here. The Kottage is also a great place to gather with friends for Holidays. Sleeps 6 but you can add more if you bring your own mattress.

What makes this property unique

The Kottage is between Bellville and LaGrange at 21244 State Hwy 159 West. Great small town restaurants that quench any hunger you might have. When in Round Top stop by the chamber of commerce for weekly events such as music events, art exhibits or visit the local Town Square shops featuring artist that are a hidden treasure to Texas.
