The lodge is designed with both relaxation and comfort in mind. The master suite offers a spa-inspired bathroom with a deep soaking tub that feels especially indulgent after skiing or hiking. Spacious living areas provide plenty of room for groups, while thoughtful details give the home warmth and character. Outside, a private hot tub and al fresco dining area invite you to unwind beneath the stars, sip your favorite drink, and take in the crisp mountain air. Whether you’re aprés-skiing by the fire or sharing a meal on the patio, Ute Lodge is the perfect setting for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

In the winter, hop on the gondola for seamless access to more than 2,000 acres of world-class ski terrain. When the snow melts, the mountains transform into a playground for hikers, bikers, and climbers. Summer also brings iconic cultural events like the Telluride Film Festival and the legendary Bluegrass Festival. No matter the season, your stay at Ute Lodge places you at the heart of it all.
This home has 3 Living Room Areas and 2 Primary Bedrooms! Kids have a blast here and Adults can entertain guest on multiple levels.
Additional Information:
Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency.

Important notice: This home is at almost 10,000 feet. If you are altitude sensitive or not sure, we highly recommend renting an Oxygen Concentrator from "Oxygen Delivers." Having this device can truly save your trip and allow you to enjoy your time. It is recommended to drink lots of water and electrolytes as well to help with Altitude Sickness.
This is not a formal Ski In/Out. However, direct ski access is at your fingertips!
Ski Out: You will exit left of the front of the home and walk slightly up hill 150 yards under the bridge to access the Bridges ski run which funnels into Lift 1 and 10. These lifts access terrain ranging from bunny slopes to double black diamonds.
Ski In: You will exit at the Bridges ski run bridge and walk approximately 150 yards to the home.
*Dial a Ride is also available for hassle-free transportation shuttle around Mountain Village (only), making it simple to explore everything from ski slopes to shops and dining. We will give you the code upon request.
*The garage is private owner storage and isn’t available for guest use.

Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind.
Parking
• 2-3 vehicles may park on-site in the driveway. No street parking
• Local parking lots are available for an additional fee (details provided by Caretaker upon request).
Seasonal & Local Notes
• Telluride has “off-seasons” in spring and fall, when some restaurants, activities, and services may be limited. Please confirm availability in advance if traveling during these times.
• Guests are responsible for checking local road and weather conditions, especially in winter. 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended.
