Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the private rooftop deck, and balcony. You'll walk up one flight of stairs from the exterior and enter through the door marked with the number 2. A custom keyless entry code will be provided before check-in.
We give our guests space but are always available if needed. You can reach us anytime through the Vrbo app for questions, support, or local tips. We’re happy to help ensure your stay is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Allowed & Expected
-Check-In: Between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM -Check-Out: By 10:00 AM sharp (Late check-out without prior notice is $100/hr, must be approved) -Quiet Hours BEGINS at 9 PM. Please respect neighbors. -Street parking is very limited, plan to travel accordingly— please read all posted signs. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS. -Unplug unused appliances (e.g., curling irons, laptop chargers) before leaving -Turn off AC/heater, stove, and oven before leaving the unit -Please remove all food & drinks from fridge and trash from rooms at checkout. Additional cleaning fee up to $100 may apply. -Rinse dishes and place dishes in dishwasher before checking out -Clean up after using rooftop games and amenities before checkout(bean bags, mini golf, grill tarp) Any lost or damaged items will be charged to the guest! -Use caution on rooftop and balcony – enjoy responsibly. We are not responsible for any injury or death that may occur while staying at the unit. -Registered guests only (maximum occupancy: 9 people) -Fire extinguisher & first aid kit located in kitchen drawer near the microwave and under the sink. -Fire Place is only for aesthetic. Any use or evidence of use will result in immediate termination of reservation & $500 fine. -Grill usage- Contact Host separately. Improper use may result in additional cleaning fee, damage charges, and possible cancellation of your reservation. -QR code on welcome sheet links to local food, attractions, and hidden gems, activities and more.
Not Allowed
-No Extra / Overnight Guests not listed in the reservation. STRICTLY enforced for insurance purposes – $200 fine per unauthorized guest, per night
-No Smoking / Vaping inside or outside of the property. Which includes the rooftop, balcony, & driveway – $1000 fine if detected or evidence is found.
-No Parties, Events, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Stays. Minimum $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation if violated
-No Filming, Photography, Vrbo Experiences, or Private Chef Events. Any commercial or Vrbo services without pre-approval from host – otherwise $500 fine
-No Pets! $500 fine per pet, per night + doubled cleaning fee
-Running, jumping, slamming doors or rough play in the unit- help us protect the space and keep noise low
-Do Not Touch or Lean on the Dining Room Glass Windows
-Do not Rearrange Furniture
-Do not Unplugging Main Electronics / Smart Devices / Routers
-Do not Tampering with Cameras or Noise Monitors. Devices are exterior-only, record motion only. Noise monitor measures decibel levels, not conversations. Will result in immediate termination of reservation.
-No Crypto Mining or High-Energy Device Charging
You’ll be billed for any excess utility usage
-No Mail or Package Deliveries
-No Pre Check-In Bag Storage
-No Loud Noise or Music after 9PM (Quiet Hours 9PM – 7AM)
-Do Not Leave any trash in the bedrooms, rooftop, or in any other rooms. Additional charges up to $100 may apply.
-We are not responsible for any lost, left behind, or damaged items.
-NO PARKING/Blocking the driveway, garage, or neighbor's driveways. $500 penalty + vehicle will be towed at guest's expense. We are not responsible for parking tickets, violations, and/or towing.
Other Important Notes The guest who books must be present during the stay. No third-party bookings allowed. Reservation may be canceled without refund per Vrbos’s 3rd party cancellation policy.
Security Cameras are active outside at: Front entrance and Rooftop. There are no cameras inside the home.
Smart noise sensors inside only detect sound levels (decibels), not conversations.
Guests must be at least 25 years or older to book. A government-issued ID is required to confirm the reservation.
Violation of any rules gives us the right to file a claim and/or cancel your reservation without refund.
