Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the worst one I have ever stayed st since I have been coming to seachase. The carpet was filthy the appliances were evidently old the lights in the bathroom were so bad we couldn't use it to get dressed . It needs a update !! I will never rent this one again. It is not a very good example of what Seachase has to offer !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaChase is one of the most beautiful facilities in Orange Beach. Although SeaChase has become our home away from home this was our first stay in 501West. We love the 5th floor - beautiful views. The condo was clean. SeaChase and the beach are beautiful in the fall and especially at Thanksgiving. The Management on site is both friendly and helpful. We booked through and were very pleased . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Review of 501W

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at SeaChase 10+ times and this was by far the worst unit. I would never recommend this unit or will not stay there again. There were tears in the furniture, extension cords running all over the place, water stains on the ceiling, dated appliances, mismatched furniture, and gaps in the carpet among other things. To top it off I called and left a message to speak to the manager with no return call. This unit should be removed from the rental listing or be at a more economical price as it does not meet expectations for this complex. Unfortunate that the customer service lacked the appropriate follow up and remediation.

Mine and my daughters stay at the Seachase rental in orange beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It appears as though the condo is not being well maintained. The guest bathroom commode flushed constantly every 15 seconds during the whole 4 days. The commode would not flush when we arrived, and when maintenance arrived to correct that problem he rudely/abruptly informed me that the commode would have to be “reset” because someone incompetent extended the marble over the tank lid and nonone’s hands can reach inside. Very much disturbed an otherwise quiet stay.

Carpet in beachfront property is not practical. Management was very professional and provided very good service. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Seachase to anyone and have already made reservations for next year in a unit with no carpet.

Beach Time/ Family Time

It was a great, FUN, time away with my family and a few friends came over for a visit...This condo may be considered Older >>BUT we all LOVED the Decor !!! It was very pleasing to the eye, just exquisite taste, and very comfy & restful! all the beds were very good ...we had plenty of room, awesome view of the gulf! The kitchen was very well equipped. So many little extras: having a meal on the balcony was much easier because there was a very nice TRAY to carry everything with minimal steps! Did miss having a TV in the Queen Room & needs more drawer space but the WIFY was good so helped for Netflix on Lap Top. The condo was VERY CLEAN, very functional .. a chase lounge on the balcony would be nice! The table and chairs were very nice and loved the pads for the chairs on the Balcony. Loved the Drapes everywhere for privacy at night, etc. Loved the Master Bedroom! was so pretty at Night with the drapes drawn: so relaxing/peaceful! The pools were great, very nice people everywhere! My grands made friends each pool/beach visit! Very quiet environment! Loved the beach Chairs and Umbrella's on the beach! ..Security people were very friendly and very helpful! Elevators never took very long! Just a great Vacation at SeaChase! hope to return ... Highly recommend this unit! The office Staff at Sea Chase are the best! Very High Quality everything at Sea Chase!

Annual vacation at Seachase

Everything was great but the condo we chose this time was a little out dated. No tv in one bedroom, too much carpet and no storage space in bedrooms.
