これは、新しく改装されたゼロエントリープール（すぐに絵）/ビーチ/グリルエリア/フェンスの子供のスプラッシュゾーンへのステップであるパティオの周りに大きなタイルラップを持つ1階のユニットです。 各滞在の前に専門的にきれいにします。 新しい冷蔵庫と冷凍庫。 ユニットは最近改装され、どこにでも新しくタイル張りされました。 すべてのベッドルームに新しい塗料、カーペット、マットレス。

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. Being on the ground floor was amazing traveling with young kids and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Megan is an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else.

Great for a family who does not want to go up and down on an elevator. It's pool level and close to the splash pad, pool and beach.

We had a wonderful experience. Great to have bottom floor, walk out to pool with the grandkids. Would prefer they had better Wi-Fi instead of the unprotected one.

family vacation

Each year we do a family vacation. This was our first trip to the beach. I was a little anxious about being on the first floor. However, it turned out great. We could sit at our patio and see the kids at the pool and splash pad. It was a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub that was next door to our condo. I was afraid we would hear noise from the pool but when you shut the patio door, it was quiet in the condo. No noise to interfere with TV or other. We stayed long enough to wear everyone out! I hope we get to go back again. Our host, Megan was very easy to contact and responded quickly. I highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Great week/stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Megan was very resourceful and responsive (We only needed to reach out 1 time). We literally were able to sit on the huge patio while watching the children swim. We were steps from the pool and a very quick walk over the dunes to the waves. I would stay over and over when we need this size of a rental again!

Great location and condo

Highly recommend this condo. Megan was a great host and always quick to reply. The condo was a perfect set up and very spacious with the 3 bedroom being away from the living/ kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We loved the walk out access right to the pool and beach. So much to do in the area and at condo. There is tennis court that does have lines to play pickleball too. I would book this condo again if I ever come back to area.

Fall Break 2024

We had the best time during our trip. This is the perfect spot especially if you have smaller children (or even if you don’t). The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We felt like we had a luxury condo with the whole pool area right in our back yard! Our host Megan was the best and easiest communicator we have ever stayed with. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with my family! Scott and Pam (October 2024)

Orange Beach with family

Megan was Very Responsive. The ice machine in the wet bar went out and she offered to immediately get it fixed. Everything was lovely with the exception of “free WiFi” as it involves finding some other tenant’s open network and jumping on. This results in a weak signal and getting thrown off frequently. If the owner isn’t providing WiFi access the description should not say free WiFi. Other than that, great place, great location.

Perfect for a family!

There were 6 adults and a 3 and 5 yo. You walk straight out to the pool and splash pad. Then right out to the beautiful beach! Great patio to sit and visit. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms! This was our second stay in this condo. It is perfect for us! And the property manager answeres right away if you need anything!

Would book again!

Our host was the best in assisting us with what we needed and ensured our stay was perfect. The pictures do not do this property justice. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to extend but saved instead for future trips. Having the pool steps away helped us so much, as well as having the beach just a little further. Would definitely recommend.

Place is awesome- so is the owner!

Place was just perfect for our needs. One minor snafu when TV went out. Owner got on it immediately and arranged for delivery of a new Beautiful bigger smart TV! Strongly recommend the Condo and the Owner!

Nice place with a questionable housekeeper

The location and condo were nice. The property is relatively clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sticky mostly because you have to grip the doors and drawers to open them as they don’t have handles. There are adequate pans, plates ect. but bring your own kitchen towels and washing supplies as only one towel is provided. Bring paper towels and cleaner for cleaning. Bring detergent as none is provided. Be out before 10 - not at 10 or the housekeeper will get in your way and yell at your children while you are trying to leave. This is an nice rental in a nice location but don’t expect any hospitality. Read the fine print carefully. Also, parking passes aren’t included in the rental but if you rent from the main property they are included.

Property was well maintained and generally clean. The room was clean. The room was as advertised. The room could use updating especially the outdoor chairs and living room furniture. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again if available.

We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.

Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
