Apart from the carefully curated gardens all around the house, you will find a great swimming pool (45 sq.m.), which is positioned in such way that absolute privacy is ensured . In the swimming pool area you will find a patio with comfortable garden furniture 8 sunbeds and 2 handmade sun umbrellas made from leaves of tropic palm tree leaves, where you can relax in the day or enjoy your drink in the evening. An outdoor shower facility is available, as well as an outdoor barbeque pit. As for little children, there is a designated area for them to play, filled with garden toys.

Interior: The interior of the villa is exceptional and ready to offer you a memorable holiday. You are sure to find the villa stylish and spacious, as it spreads over 320 Sq.m. and two floors. Upon entrance on the left, you will find yourself in the dining room, which overlooks the Cretan Sea. The view is sure to take your breath away, as you will be able to dine, while gazing the infinite blue and the majestic sunset colors. Next to the dining room lays a billiard table for you to enjoy.

Living room: On the right side of the first floor you will find a cozy living room area, which is equipped with a TV set and other electronics, like a PSP4, so staying here will truly make you feel at home. The 6-seat sofa and the overall aura of the space will definitely allow you to relax.

Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and yours to use at all times. Kitchenware and various appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, washer, coffee maschine, toaster, water boiler etc.) will be at your disposal and the separate pantry room will certainly give you enough space to prepare your favorite meals.

Office: For those traveling, but still need a desk space, a private spacious office is available, which offers a computer and a printer. This will be your favorite reading nook and play room, since an assortment of books and games are there for you to enjoy.

Bedrooms: Taking the stairs to the bottom floor leads to the bedrooms. Here you will find the Master Bedroom (50 Sq.m), which is equipped with a double bed, aircondition, a separate closet space and a private bathroom with hamam. It also has a private balcony, overlooking the sea. There is one more large bedroom (25 Sq.m.) with a double bed and a private bathroom. Two more smaller bedrooms (20 Sq.m. each) are available, both of which have double beds. These share a separate third bathroom. All the bedrooms are very spacious and homey and each of them is equipped with a TV set, aircondition, a wardrobe and a writing desk. Please note that all beds, mattresses and pillows are from the brand COCO-MAT, which ensures the highest of quality. Upon request, the double beds of two of the bedrooms can be turned into two single ones. In case you're travelling with a baby, there is also a baby cot available.

Extras: Since staying in this villa is much more than staying in a simple holiday home, you will be surprised to find a private gym area, which is available for you to use at all times and free of charge. A washer and dryer room is also available for use.
