Duplex apartment with simple furnishings for those looking for a quiet place with a beautiful sea view. Look at the photos and read the description before booking. Condominium with a pool in the common area and private garage.

This place is for those looking for peace and quiet with a sea view. It is a simple duplex apartment, very close to the beach. The items are for regular use and may be worn out due to the local sea air. So, if what you are looking for is a peaceful experience with a sea view just a few steps from Stella Maris beach, this is the place for you.
Right in front is the new Stella Maris square, where there is a skate park, sports and a Bahian acarajé vendor on the weekends.

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or preventing check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
