The location was the best feature. Easy walking to beach and lots of birds and dolphins to watch from the unit in which we stayed.

Awesome location, close to everything. The view from the unit was amazing.

Great view from the unit, awesome location. Could use an upgrade of the couch and dining room chairs, otherwise everything was great.

Birthday Beach weekend

Affordable..Nice and quiet perfect for what we were looking for. Everything is within walking distance . Tv in that unit was a it small but we made it work. Definitely would stay there again.

Quiet Duckoff

Quiet place with great view. Within walking distance of everything but off the beaten path which allows for peace and quiet. Living room air conditioner needs to be stronger but overall a great place to stay for the price.

Relaxing

This was the most relaxing stay i have had anywhere. I got to enjoy watching dolphins swim everyday. I think this is the best place in Clearwater beach. Its in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and if you crave excitement then the beach and shopping is not far away. The place felt like home. I will be back.

Great, Quiet Location with Beautiful Bay View

Great location with a nice balcony and beautiful view of the bay. The amenities were overall great, the beach towels and tote bags were a huge help. The condo is located in a quiet part of time and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. One issue to note is that the interior door to the bedroom is not installed which makes it difficult to have privacy in the bedroom.

Baywatch

This is an incredible place to stay. The location is spectacular; within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The scenic views from the patio door and dock were one of a kind. We appreciated that a lot was provided to us during our stay, such as beach chairs, towels, utensils, dishes, etc. My spouse and I hands down loved the property and we will ABSOLUTELY stay again provided the opportunity. With all that said, I do have some recommendations. As a widows and door specialist I pay attention to silly things. Almost all of the widows and doors have compromised weather stripping. Most notably the four panel sliding patio door. The center two panels don’t form a seal and let all of the cool air escape. The front door sweep is compromised to the point where geckos could run under the door and we had to catch and place them back outside. Due to the weather stripping and the cool air continually escaping, it has overworked the A/C inverters to where they hardly blow air. There were a few nights it felt like sleeping outside. Although nit-picky, replacing the seals and inverters would make this property next level. Still an incredible property and you definitely have my future business.

No hand soap

There was nothing strictly wrong with the place. The couch wasn't stabilized properly and would separate in 2 pieces whenever you sat down, the bed was saggy and squeaky, the sliding doors weren't installed properly and you had to wrestle with them to open/close and it made horrible noise, and it was overflowing with excessive knick-knacks and throw pillows that were a constant nuisance and left no useable space. However, the real issue was the skimpiness and lack of thought. The washing machines are coin operated but there is nowhere to actually GET coins anywhere in the area. They provided ONE roll of toilet paper, ONE trash bag, ZERO hand soap, soap, dish soap, shampoo, detergent, etc (WHO DOESN'T PROVIDE HAND SOAP!!?!?!?!!?!) It had a nice view and was in a good location. After all the unreasonable fees I can't really say the price was a good deal, and it was little thoughtless penny pinching like that which made our stay frustrating. I'm paying a large amount of money to rent the place for week and you can't even provide a bottle of hand soap?!?! They want their dishes washed but don't want to provide dish soap. Well guess what, they were washed with water only. I'm not here to do your shopping for you. It's just cheap and hostile. If you want to be in the hospitality industry you should show a little sense of hospitality.

Not terrible, not great

Booking was very easy. The location at end of culdesac was nice and quiet. The view was very pretty. The apartment had wall units for cooling which did not cool enough at all. The sliding glass door going onto deck is welded shut. The kitchen is extremely small and the wall was removed between kitchen and deck area. There is no door to shut, which contributes greatly to the temperature issue. There was a fan in the closet we had to use in order to sleep. The queen mattress was very uncomfortable and was sunken in in the middle. Thank goodness we didn’t spend any time there during the day. Checkout was to be at 11:00 a.m. I had requested late checkout but didn’t hear back. So, we were packing our belongings to the car, which took a couple trips. There was a lady waiting in the parking area. We were in our vehicle and pulling out at 10:45. We had barely gotten out the door and the lady was in the unit we had rented. Not sure if it was owner, manager or cleaning lady. Seemed like we were being rushed out. As stated, wasn’t terrible. The main issue was the temperature. I would not stay here again as there are way too many other options.

Needs touched up and some love into the property

The view and location is what made up for the dated, damaged rental. The ceiling looks as though it had water damage and was cracking. The balcony is not really a balcony, it’s an addition to the kitchen and let’s in a ton of heat. This property may be nice for cooler months but it was starting to get warm during our visit and the place stayed warm. The pocket door to the bedroom was not on the track as we hoped to just close the bedroom and try to keep our sleeping area cool. Thankfully we did much adventuring and used the place only for showers and sleep. Overall I expected more after all the decent reviews of the place. I’ve stayed in multiple places within a 15-20 mile radius but thought to try the clearwater beach area for this trip… I wish I would have stuck with the surrounding areas I previously went. The road it’s on made me believe the property would be better quality. It overall did not feel clean, dirty dishes, stains on couch and chairs. there isn’t much effort put into the upkeep of the place.

Had a great time!!

This is our second stay in this block of units and unit #6 was great! The bed was much nicer than unit #1 and that's a big deal for me, as a back surgery patient. The location is perfect for the places we like to go and the price is decent. The ease of renting and checking in is great! Thank you for another wonderful trip to Clearwater - see you next fall!

Best location ever!

Best location ever! Our little spot was at the end of a peninsula with an amazing view over the bay. The apartment was modest, but clean and had a great shower! Sat on the dock with our legs dangling and watched some dolphins playing. The view looks directly at the Clearwater Marine aquarium across the bay. Wake up for Sunrise… It's spectacular! This is the best location I've ever had in a vacation rental.

First Trip to Clearwater!

Booking this location took us awhile because there was so much to choose from. We found this property on Brightwater and it was perfect! Exactly as described on the inside however, maybe some building and landscaping maintenance would make it back to the gem it once was. The view of the bay was great but unfortunately the trees blocked a lot of it. We did use the boat slip for a day out with friends on their boat. That was pretty cool! My husband cleaned the air filters for the A/C and it helped a bit as well. Overall, amazing stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
