Nice temp apt

Had a great stay, I had just moved to Clearwater beach and this was a great temporary place to stay while my apartment was being finished up. I stayed alone but it is a nice place for a couples getaway as well!

Awesome vacation!

Tiffany and Van ( maintenance) were amazing with communication and concern for my wife's temporary mobility issues. Great area with unique restaurants and marvelous beaches. Will definitely stay again!

Location was very good but unit wasn’t very comfortable

The unit was very clean and very well stocked. The seating was very uncomfortable and the placement of the bed was very awkward. The unit needs updating and new furnishings.

Great beach condo wonderful Marina views

Condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Close to beach and restaurants. Quiet place with views of the Marina. Pool super clean! Host was extremely friendly and very responsive. She checked with us after the first night to make sure everything was good. We got there and there was dishwashing liquid, laundry tabs, coffee, surgar, creamer , coffee filters,paper towel and condiments in the fridge. We loved our 5 day stay. I am a sissy and we bring our own matress topper to every place we stay to make sure we get a good nights sleep. So I cannot comment on the bed. We will definitely stay here again!!!!!!

Good

Had trouble communicating with the property manager and didn’t have a code when it was time to check in. After calling VRBO customer service they put me in touch with the property manager and she said she had recently upgraded software and it wasn’t communicating with me. She was very helpful on the phone and we did get checked in shortly after. I will say that the virtual assistant is no help at all.

Would not recommend this condo

The space is small for a long stay. Furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. Definitely needs renovating and updating! On a positive note the location is great and quiet. The on site managers, Van and Coleen, are very nice and extremely helpful. We were not told that we should have had a discount for the lengthy stay until afterwards and were not offered a reimbursement. We would not rent from this owner again.

Fun and comfortable weekend away

Great location with all the essentials needed for a quick family weekend away. Nice pool, near beach and attractions, and easy parking. Only complaint was the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable for our 8 and 12 year old boys.

Vaca!!!

Condo was a little small. The condo was half a mile to just over a mile from anything. Except a small shopping center that had a restaurant, bar, gym, and a realtor office. But it was very easy to walk or get a free usa ride to anywhere we wanted. The management office was super cool. They wrre very helpful easy to contact and extremely friendly. The condo had everything we needed and included extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, life jackets and floats for kids, baby swim diapers, extra sun screen, tanning lotion, sun burn cream and lotions, extra shampoo and conditioner. Our air conditioner broke and they immediately came to the room and fixed it. Very happy with this vrbo and would definitely stay again.

Quiet Getaway

This was a wonderful spot. My mom and I had a blast. It's close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away that there's not a lot of ambient street noise. Easy access to food and the beach. Plus lots of amenities. From a super cute insulated bag to take to the beach to sandwich baggies and ice packs to tons if beach towels. We were both very pleased and impressed with the place and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Clearwater

Super clean & comfy

Natsuko's condo was clean, comfortable, quiet & lots of privacy. Property was nice & well taken care of. Place was just as described on website. Nice that sofa sleeper can turn into 2 twin beds or can be setup as a queen bed. View from balcony was nice. Perfect for a peaceful cup of morning tea or coffee. Bonus was having someone who lives onsite as a backup in case of emergency or just for info. I will definately be back.

Solid Option

Very good communication with the property manager. Check in process was a breeze. Condo is nice and has everything you need ...Enjoyed the pool area. A little out of the way from the main strip but in walking distance.

Perfect place in a perfect location.

A great little place in a perfect location. We were close to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but in a quiet location. We enjoyed Sand Key beach right over the bridge.

Lovely getaway to the beach

The condo had all the essentials including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Walking distance to town aso we avoided all the crowds and traffic. Just over the bridge from Sand key park - lovely Took a dip in the pool , made breakfast with all the essential kitchen supplies... enjoyed the stay!

Excellent value

Excellent price for the location.. the walk to the beach is a little bit more than I bargained for.. But the condo was clean and quiet.. The maintenance man (Van) was very informative and recommended a few hidden gems for us to check out.. thanks..
