Una encantadora cabaña con dos master suites.

Disfrute de una estadía en Lovey Todd Valley Estates en una casa estilo cabaña de estilo colonial con 1350 pies cuadrados. Construido en 2005 y totalmente amueblado, este lugar lo tiene todo. Dos suites principales con una ducha a ras de suelo y una bañera / spa separados.

Ven y quédate rodeado de pinos, cedros, robles y manzanitas con toda la paz y la tranquilidad que necesitas.

El camino está lleno de vistas panorámicas y puntos de parada a lo largo del río Americano ... ¡Asombroso!

Tres millas de la ciudad de Foresthill. Doce millas de Auburn. Una hora en coche a Lake Tahoe. De una a dos horas en coche a las estaciones de esquí y dos horas y media al área de la Bahía.

Nota: hay una casa principal con dos master suites. Reservo la casa entera o las master suites por separado. El costo para toda la casa es aproximadamente el doble del precio de alquilar la suite principal solamente.

Hay un cuarto de huéspedes adyacente a unos 100 pies de distancia que ocupa un amigo, pero que rara vez se ve. Es un caballero en sus setenta años de estadía en casa la mayor parte del tiempo. La cabaña principal es completamente separada y privada de los cuartos de invitados.
Ocasionalmente ocupo el estudio de música, que es un garaje convertido de 1/2 en el nivel inferior de la casa para realizar el mantenimiento de rutina o trabajar en varios proyectos en la propiedad. Además, ayuda estar cerca, en caso de que los invitados requieran algo o tengan preguntas y / o quieran ayuda en o alrededor de la casa. Nunca molesto a mis invitados, ya que ocupan la cabina en su totalidad y tienen total privacidad.

Tal como está: una estancia para recordar y un lugar para disfrutar una y otra vez.

Had a really lovely time at the cabin. Very comfy, awesome hot tub, peaceful property. Seth was super responsive and even let me drink some of his coffee :)

Quiet Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We enjoyed the location and the house was comfortable with soft bedding and all the needed amenities. Seth (the owner) was friendly and available when we checked in. He gave us a great suggestion for a place to go swimming. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quick weekend getaway

Nice stay, very comfortable and quiet. We were looking at getting away for a relaxing evening and getting away from home and crowds. This was perfect for our family! Seth, the owner was nice to work with, and helpful. We’ll be back!!

Great spot

Great and relaxing spot off from the street and among the trees. The flow of the house and property were great, plenty of room for the kids to run around. The house was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to cook a good meal and the hot tub was perfect. Enjoy it!

Quick, but quality getaway!

We booked Seth’s place on a whim and couldn’t be more pleased with how it paid off. The house was lovely, calm, comfy, and well appointed. Seth provided super detailed instructions that made it easy to navigate the check in, check out and operations within the space. He was also super helpful when assisting me with my booking snafu and subsequent challenges after our stay ended. I would not only recommend this space, but would be happy to stay there again myself.

Cozy little cabin

Our stay was great, our host went above and beyond making sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay and also accommodated us for my birthday, even went above and beyond helping us out while we were leaving (clearing the snow covered road for us) :) I would recommend this place, we will definitely be back to this cozy cabin nestled in the woods! The property needs to update their linens. Bed sheets were unacceptable and the towels were not any better. Hot water took at least 15 minutes to warm up for the shower. One bathroom had a shower curtain that fell down when trying to close it and the other was wide open and super cold. We arrived late at night the house was cold no heat on. Attempted to build a fire but no dry wood, kindling or paper to get it started

Fantastic!

The cabin is indeed a gem! We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is well maintained, has a well equipped kitchen, and is nestled among trees. We even got a glimpse of a few deer around the house in the mornings. It has everything we hoped for and more (the bath tub allows you to chase sunsets! How lovely!!) Seth was quick to communicate, and very easy to work with. Overall it was a fantastic stay at Way Woods Retreat. This cabin is definitely our top pick in the Foresthill area.

Beautiful cabin home in a scenic area

Seth's place was gorgeous, both in setting and in terms of the property itself. The bedrooms/bathrooms are excellent and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare multiple meals. Seth was great to communicate with, even when a deer knocked over a plant overnight and it took some investigating to figure it all out. Bonuses on the property include a hot tub and cozy fireplace. We were able to visit multiple nearby trails which were all quiet and scenic, and the home itself is in a pretty forest. Overall, a fantastic stay over a holiday that was all we could ask for. Thank you Seth!

Beautiful cabin in the woods

Great cabin in great location, away from all the hustle and bustle, but not far enough if you crave the hustle and bustle. We wanted to spend some time in the snow and Seth recommend we drive up about 20 miles from where we stayed, and there was plenty of it. A lot of great local establishments just a short drive. A big bonus was the commodity that we all can’t seem to leave without this days, GREAT WiFi, that makes posible all the streaming services in the middle of the woods while the fire place is going. The cabin had everything you need, toiletries, silverware, towels, pots and pans, TVs, and plenty of board games. All in all we had a very nice time and looking forward to come back. Thanks for the hospitality Seth!

Lovely cabin in the woods

We just came back from a working vacation at Seth's wonderful cabin. Location is terrific, very close to mountain biking trails and many swimming holes. My son took walks in the woods around the house, and discovered many little trails. House itself is very well maintained and has a lot of character. It also has AC, which is no small deal given how hot Forresthill gets in the middle of summer! WiFi is very good as well, and reached all the way to the outside dinning table - so we could work sitting outside looking out. And lastly - a very welcome surprise, both beds were remarkably comfortable! Seth, the owner, was very helpful and attentive. All in all - I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Cabin was nice. No central air. Rooms were hot.

The instructions from the owner were not to park on patio in front of house and not in front of garage. There were 4 of the owners vehicles parked in and around the designated parking area. The cabin is at the bottom of a steep driveway. With two vehicles it was nearly impossible to park or manuever to get out. Also someone whom I assume is the caretaker was in and out of the garage. It was definitely not very private feeling.

The pictures are not accurate.

Impressed by the pictures..sadly not what the property looks like. In addition, the master toilet leaking sound, the noisy master bedroom fan and the very slick staircase. The pictures show a vast deck...the deck was full of parked cars. Many other inaccuracies.😒 Seth did give us a later check out time..this was due to the check in process problem

Way OFF Woods Retreat

Advertised hot tub, which was not at all. You can set it up & not have to heat it much in these hotter temps. We had anticipated the water fun the most. Place has mold, termite, & damages to the interior. Needs some major Love. Painting & work in the bathrooms, to upgrade to a better rating. Very hot in bedrooms, offers a window air unit downstairs only, small fans up stair well & even fans in rooms, were not enough. it was 105 degrees w/e. Very hard to sleep. Dead bolts on windows & main kitchen doorway so no access to escape in case of a fire. Bathroom rugs & Refrigerator, even outside furniture was dirty. Expired food in shared refrigerator & cupboards. Nice idea to share between guests, however, you should clean it in between? Also sponge in Kitchen sink, should be used & replaced for each group of guests, even bars of soap need replacing per group of guests. Notes on displayed items were comfusing & offensive about ((not using)) & making our own walking sticks. B

Enjoy a stay at the Lovey Todd Valley Estates in a Colonial style Cabin Home 1350 sqft on 2.5 Acres. Built in 2005 and fully furnished, this place has it all. Two Master Suites with a walk-in Shower and a Seperate Tub/Spa. Come stay with us surrounded by pine and cedar trees with all the peace and quite you need. Three miles to the town of Foresthill. Twelve miles to Auburn. An hours drive to Lake Tahoe. One to two hours drive to Ski Resorts. And two and a half hours to the Bay area. The drive alone is full of scenic views and stop points along the American River....

A stay to remember and enjoy time and time again.
