Coral Falls is conveniently located in South Naples, between downtown Naples and Marco Island. This well manicured community is tucked away in a private and tranquil setting, which is easily accessible from 951/Collier Blvd. or 41/Tamiami Trail.



This 2 BR/2BA, 3rd floor condo (bldg. w/elevator) is tastefully decorated and boasts incredible views from the private screened lanai. A good place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided us with ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Master bed was very comfortable, and the towels were plush. The lanai overlooking over the pool was good place to relax after a full day. There were plenty of good walking paths around and a Publix nearby. I would highly recommend this unit.

Very nice unit with a GREAT pool and spa. The unit itself was above average and and in a great location. It is in a quiet section of Lely Resort but close (walking distance) to many restaurants and a Publix. Downtown Naples and Marco Island are each only a15 minute drive away. The only thing that I would change is to replace some of the living room furniture.

Coral Falls

Well equipped condo overlooking the pool/hot tub. Maintenance of grounds, pool etc is excellent. Our only issues were small and with the management. We had to email to ask for entry codes night before, we had no parking pass and thus had some nasty notes on our car threatening towing…took a few days to iron out. There were no exit instructions regarding what was expected of us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!.

Beautiful property!

Loved the condo at Coral Falls. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the view was perfect. I would recommend adding more hangars for guests, there were not nearly enough to hang out clothes for two of us. And, we ran out of toilet paper, there was no extra, and we didn’t realize we would need to buy more. That was a bummer.

Great location

Neil's a great host

We had a great time and the condo was exactly what you see in the ad. I was very clean and quite, which made the stay very enjoyable. The unit has all the amenities need if you what to have your meals at home and plenty to chose from if you want to eat out. A bonus, since we were there for two weeks, is the washer and dryer. You can't go wrong if you need a two bedroom unit.

An OK property

This property would be perfect for a short term rental. 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, we were there for 6 weeks and during the pandemic. We were scheduled for March and April but cut our trip short. The condo is in need of updating and not very comfortable for a long term stay. The location of the property is great - easy to get anywhere you want to go. You will be required to pay for and go through an extensive background check. Make sure you take care of this well in advance to avoid the "rush" fee. The property manager is very good. She was attentive and always responded to issues we had with the condo.

Quiet and relaxing south Naples

Condo was very clean and spacious. Mattresses were a little too soft for our liking. Location in between Old Naples and Marco Island. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Washer was REALLY LOUD and the dryer took FOREVER to dry. Overall a good stay🙂

Beautiful Condo

This condo is very welcoming, beautiful decor, and very clean. There is a lot of space! The furniture is very comfortable and the tv’s are a good size for each room. The lanai is stunning with an outdoor fan and an amazing view down to the pool. This really was a wonderful two week vacation! Can’t wait to come back and book this condo again. Highly recommend this condo for your stay!

We enjoyed staying at the property, only negative is that the washer and dryer need to be replaced. Washer makes unbalanced sound all the time and the dryer does not get hot enough.

Home Away from Home

We found this condo on VRBO and were very pleased with how well the pictures and description represented it. It is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. We loved it so much, we booked another stay before we left. Also, the iTrip representatives were very responsive any time we reached out with a question. One thing we would change is the carpet in the living/bedroom areas—it could be updated and preferably with tile or a quality vinyl. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to the next time!

Slice of Paradise

Coral Falls was perfect for our stay in Naples! The condo was clean, comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants, yet quiet with a beautiful view all around. Neighborhood is perfect for walks. Pool was just steps away. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-supplies with needed cooking items. Property managers kept in touch and would have helped with anything we needed. I would recommend Coral Falls to friends and family, and would return again. This was our second stay, and we were very happy to return.

Beautiful facility with friendly and responsive staff

I loved the 2 BR rental in Coral Falls. It was clear that a great amount of detail was put into the furnishes, cleanliness and efficiency of the space. In all cases, Tammy responds immediately if you have a question or concern. She ensure that the problem is solved within 2-24 hours. I would highly recommend contacting Tammy for your next visit. Coral Falls condo with a great view!

We enjoyed our time at this clean and beautiful condo at Coral Falls. Everything we needed was provided (kitchen well-supplied, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) and the owners/managers were quick to respond to any questions. Quiet surroundings, wonderful pool, friendly neighbors, close to grocery store and restaurants, yet not too busy of an area. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was nicely furnished. This would be a first choice for us to stay again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
