Overall the property was well tended. There did seem to be pet hair/fuzz in the home making it seem less clean than expected. The host was very helpful when problems needed to be addressed. Good place to stay.

Beautiful home with garage access for the rainy days and a great halfway point to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. We appreciated the backyard and no additional pet deposit traveling with our dog. Plenty of space for our family of 6

Beautiful home! The communications with hosts were outstanding!! Upon arrival, there was one tv in the living room. The host provided another tv for one bedroom upstairs upon request, but it didn’t have any channels setup (needed antenna) nor fire stick attached so couldn’t use. Also, If you have children who love games/toys/softer floor surfaces -bring those with you! The pictures are accurate- nice kitchen, huge deck for a bbq, garage parking, and a quiet neighborhood!

We arrived at the house and noticed immediately tress growing out of the rain gutters. The downstairs was fairly accurate on what was described. The sliding patio door had no curtain. The front windows next to the TV has a film of algae on it. The shutters on the front of the house has algae on them. Gardening paver in the front yard kind of thrown about. The garage was very dirty and had no ventilation. Garage door opener did not work. No outdoor handle on the garage door so you had to go inside to open manually. Dryer did not work initially. The previous renters pushed the start button to hard. The upstairs bathroom in the hallway had a burnt out bulb so no light. The owner sent bulbs but they were the wrong ones. I bought and replaced it. Queen beds were not queen size they are full size a step down from queen. Mattress were not very good. Single queen bedroom mattress squeaked alot,only 1 dinge curtain on the window that did not fit with a bent curtain rod. Patio itself was in bad shape. Wood was rotting and broke. Grill came with no propane and a cover that is ripped to pieces. No grass just dirt. Patio furniture in horrible condition. Lights did not work strung along the patio with broken bulbs. Kitchen was not fully stocked. Towels their were onky a few. Overall not what was advertised.
