Spectacular NYC and Water Views From Inside The Apartment, Everything Is New, Large 3 Bedrooms, Queen Size Beds, Located Just 15 min from Midtown NYC Times Square by bus or ferry, Safe and Quiet Neighborhood, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Front Porch, Backyard. We own 2 home away in this private 4 unit building and have many great reviews. Cats and small dog OK. You get all the views and space and quiet while being so close to NYC at a fraction of the cost. It is really the best of both worlds.

Very nice appartment in New Jersey

The owner Michael showed us in. The appartment was clean; one big living and 3 bedrooms with double beds. Bathroom small but sufficient. There is a supermarket nearby so we made our breakfast at home. The view over Manhatten is very, very nice. The fact that its in New Jersey is no big deal; by bus it is 15 minutes for $3,- and you are in Manhattan. We had a great stay with our 3 sons; so 5 adults is fine and 6 should also be good. We spoke Michael several times and he gave us some worthful tips. He is a nice guy and we recomment a stay in his appartment. Have fun; Ton K. The Netherlands.
