Ubicado en las dunas de Carolina. Hermosas vistas al mar desde el balcón de gran tamaño de esta unidad de esquina actualizada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Se sentirá como en casa con encimeras de granito en su gran cocina abierta, televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora grandes, sala de estar espaciosa y un balcón privado que ofrece mucho espacio para que usted y sus invitados disfruten de sus vacaciones en Myrtle Beach. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con baño completo, el segundo dormitorio ofrece dos reinas, el tercer dormitorio con dos gemelos y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was magical. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week at Carolina dunes. It’s a great location, while not being overly crowded, which we loved! We never had to wait long for an elevator, or find lounge chairs at the pool. We enjoyed the lounge chairs provided by the condo.

Beautiful unit

We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean view and overall nice accommodations. However, there were some cleaning issues. I recommend a deep clean to enhance future guests' experiences. Despite this, I would stay again.

Great family vacation

Great location. Condo larger than anticipated. Only down side consistency of air flow throughout unit- some rooms too cold, some not cold enough. Everything else amazing the kids probably would have liked to have a lazy river.

Much needed girl's weekend

Easy access, parking good, lots of luggage carts, plenty of good elevators, indoor lazy river awesome,beach access great! Fabulous views from our condo. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing is if a place sleeps 8 or needs to have seating for 8 at the table and in the living room.

Great Location, Great Space

The space was perfect for our family! We loved the balcony and sat out every morning and evening enjoying the view. Being right by the lifeguards stand gave me a little extra peace of mind. Pool was great when we needed a break from the waves. When we arrived, we didnt get the text telling us our room was ready. I called to check up on it and was quickly sent both a text and email with door code info. Lots of chairs and beach equipment in the closet made our stay even easier. Loved this place and would definitely go back!!

Cozy and friendly

Arriving and checking in to the property was not a hassle. After reviewing the property there is a needed to update somethings. Update accordingly:1. The guest bathroom light. 2. The air mattress.3. Front room curtains.4. The balcony rail (safety hazard)5. Track when the pool is heated.Overall, my family enjoyed their time.

As pictured

The condo was exactly as pictured and was clean upon check-in. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The access to the location was easy to find. The two major downsides were the lack of flushing power on both toilets, and the lack of cushioning/padding with the living room furniture. It was very uncomfortable. You had to flush the toilets multiple times for them to empty.

Thank you for your review. Please know we have maintenance that is on site daily and is able to help if you have any issues with the toilet. This is the first we have heard that the furniture isn't comfortable. The living room set isn't that old to be considered worn out but we will check on it and see if there is reason for concern. First-time using VRBO - Overall great experience

This was my first time utilizing VRBO. Will definitely do it again. The property was clean, loved the unit due to the location at the end of the hall, no traffic. The views were breathtaking! They had security on-staff the entire time. Our stay was during the end of Spring Bike Rally and the start of Atlantic Beach Bike Week. Tons of police, state troopers everywhere. We felt very safe. The only suggestion I have is I would say was they need to check the toilets, they were running. The one in the main area ran more than the one in the primary bedroom. Not enough to be annoying, but enough that you noticed.

9 week stay on the beach

The property was as advertised. Location on the beach and proximity to restaurants excellent. The only negative comment about condition would be that the patio door needs to be replaced as it was stiff. We could hear many of the other condo's doors being changed during our stay which must be in the same condition. On a plus side I would like to say that the management staff (Luxury rentals) were excellent. over a 9 week stay, we had a few minor issues and also problems with the heating (February). They always responded immediately and sent a handyman around within hours. They also followed up personally to make sure everything was OK. Excellent service.

Reviewer Comments: Was the property description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc? yes, but pictures of condo are outdated.Was the property clean and well-maintained? It did not have any weird smells. It could be a decent condo, but needs some TLC. We ended up buying our own bedding due to stains. Carpet was rough and we did not take shoes off due to it. I would not call it well-maintained.Did the owner or manager provide good customer service? We did not reach out to manager.Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? I would recommend the area, but not this condo. It wasn't the worst condo we have stayed in, but it had areas of improvement - bedding had stains, overall condo could use a deep clean, furniture was dirty used sheets to cover, didn't take shoes off due to dirty floors / carpet. What activities, attractions and restaurants did you enjoy? We recommend barefoot landing, Broadway, and grand Prix. Restaurants captain George buffet and Benjamin's Calabasas buffet.

Not terrible but somewhat disappointing

The property has a great deal of potential and great location on the beach but requires a good deal of upkeep and cleaning. We made the best of things since we were at the beach but were disappointed when we decided we wanted to watch a movie together on the last night and ony one tv (in a bedroom) worked. Many of the lamps did not work, and the mail toilet continued to run until you manually adjusted it in the tank. The property management offered to come and address but it was too little too late. The place was dirty so much that we wondered if we were the first guests of the season (mold in washer, old clothes and linens left behind in it, dirty sock under a chair, crayons, candy and wrappers in the cushions, on patio, and under furniture). Again, we tried not to complain since we were at the ocean, but this place could have done much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs a deep clean. Balcony and baseboards and other places were really dirty. Toilets were hard to flush. Furniture was very old. Air circulation was not good. The front bedroom was very cold, but as you go down the hall, the rooms are warmer. Especially the master. Floors, counters and beds were clean and we enjoyed ourselves. It was affordable and we had no issues. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to the beach.

Myrtle Beach Condo

We have to give 3 stars because there were somethings we were not happy with. The queen mattress's definitely need updated. They were very uncomfortable and the bed my husband and I slept in made us roll to the middle all night. The sleeper sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was awful and I had trouble even rinsing the soap out of my hair. The elevator smelled like urine (even though I know this is no fault to the owner) the entire time we were there. The living room pillows were soiled and they need replaced. On a positive note, we thought the location was great; the beachfront was nice and very easy to get to. The kitchen was nice and big and supplied well.

The air conditioning works great as well as all of the appliances in the unit. Check in and reentry to the unit is super convenient with the keypad lock. The carpet in the unit needs replaced. It is stained and uncomfortable to walk on. The couch and loveseat including the throw pillows is beyond worn out and need replaced. I would definitely rent this unit again if the carpet and couches get replaced. Also, the plumbing seems like it is one flush away from becoming a problem and the toilets were leaking onto the floor. Overall, it was a nice stay for a family and would be fantastic with just a few minor improvements!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is 100% honest. This is not a 5 star place. The furniture is way past due for replacement. The curtains in both the livingroom and master bedroom are outdated, dirty and falling down. The toilets do not have enough pressure to flush good. All of the pillows are flat and dirty when you take off the cases. Tney need replaced and need protectors on them. The pictures they have posted are not up to date. The location is good, right on the beach. I would not recommend and would not have paid what we did for the week if information was accurate.

Great location, well kept condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building was in a great location and the unit itself was great. It’s worth noting that the beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up every morning on the beach are not for the enjoyment of Carolina Dunes guests, but rather open to everyone for $45/ day. There were no beach chairs in the condo as was indicated in the description. So I bought 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas and left them there to pay it forward. The mattresses and pillows are showing their age. Oh, and all the other guests smoked on their balconies which make it impossible to enjoy ours.
