Owner was very responsive and made sure our stay was great! Such a great relaxing vacation close to Ludlow. We really enjoyed our stay here and the house was very clean and maintained.

Just too many issues for me to ignore. I found it to be poorly managed & overpriced. There were multiple issues, blinds in the living room that were broken, a crack in the marble under the fireplace, dirty carpet on the stairs to the front door & upstairs, snags & stains in the main bedroom, dead flies under all the beds. Upstairs bathroom flooring had large tears & the edge of the floor stopped half a foot short of the wall under the shelves which were open. One of the twin beds was hard as a rock. The tv in the bedroom fell over on me while I put clothes away in the dresser. I caught it, but the reason why it fell was that one of the feet had broken off prior to my arrival, a serious safety hazard! The remote for this tv also didn't work & it wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it.Window ACs were loud, two were dirty/old, & there were no window screens so you couldn't open windows on the cooler evenings. No curtains in upstairs bedroom. There were no smoke alarms downstairs & the only one upstairs fell off the ceiling on the 2nd day. The entryway doesn't have a light switch, you have to walk down in the dark to the bottom 4 steps for the motion to be detected. There was no toaster, despite it being listed. No cutting boards & the only knives were dull and tip off one was broken. No large pots for making pasta, only one pot holder. Hot tub was nice, but foam coverings are loose & are peeling. Only 2 deck chairs, but 3 recliners & large sofa limit deck access.
