Townhouse with walk out finished basement to patio, deck with gas grill, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, large master suite with loft space. Fully furnished with everything you need. 3 beds, linens, towels, kitchenware all supplied. Cable TV, high speed internet (wifi) and electric - all utilities included! Just walk in and relax!
Walk in to find a remodeled kitchen with wood floors, granite counters, new cabinets/appliances and a bay window. Just off the entrance is a small powder room for guests and a closet. Continue in to the contemporary dining room with seating for 6 at the elegant glass dining table, then step down into the furnished living room with 2 couches and 2 chairs. Continue through the glass door to the deck with gas grill and patio furniture. The house backs to a large common area with trees, affording great privacy.
Downstairs you will find a fully furnished den, complete with 52" plasma TV, stereo, seating, and a wood burning fireplace. The couch pulls out to be an extra bed. Downstairs also features a full bath, washer/dryer and walk out to a brick patio, and fully fenced back yard.
The 3rd level has another remodeled full bath. There are two guest bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom is very large, consisting of 2 levels, walk in closet, and queen size bed. Walk up to the loft in the master and enjoy the vaulted ceiling, dormer windows and large home office desk.

Great location for those who want to be outside the city, but near the highway for easy access to DC or suburban shopping. Enclosed back yard and back deck with tree view. Vaulted ceilings in master bedroom. Spacious finished basement.
