Comfortable, leisurely stay

Entertained our 9 year old granddaughter in Pagosa Springs. Neighborhood was friendly and helpful. Owners were instantly responsive and provided lots of info to help make best use of our time. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable time in this townhome, the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any question. The location is great, short distance from beautiful lakes and trails.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood on the golf course and very close to the lake. We loved how close we were to town and places to shop and eat. The hosts communicated very well and check in and check out details were very clear.

Great place!

So easy to check in, and we were able to get access a little early. Host was great! The home was clean and as expected. We were visiting friends, so did not do any cooking at the home, but all looked ready for us. Would book again.

It was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs balcony was perfect. We played games on the dining table. Just all around great place.

This townhome was perfect for our family. Everything you need for a getaway. Lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. Kerri is great and makes sure you have all the info you need for your stay and even checks on you while your there to make sure everything is perfect. Would highly recommend!

Great Home in Pagosa!

Great home for our family vacation in Pagosa Springs! Very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras. Close to town, easy shopping for groceries and close to restaurants. Karri was very helpful, attentive, and gave some great recommendations. Beautiful area with so many activities close by. We will definitely be back!

The home was well furnished and very roomy with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Great views from the decks in back. The house was clean. The owner was over the top helpful and there for any questions. Lots of restaurants and stores close by and a very short drive to Pagosa Springs and great nature spots including lakes.

I previously left a review that I realized was poorly written after I had already sent it! I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We took a family trip for a weekend. Our stay at the place was pleasant, totally acceptable, the place had everything necessary for our comfortable stay, only for us the beds were noisy, a little uncomfortable, but surely for someone else it would not be; otherwise, everything was very, very good, we would rent the place again. I greatly appreciate the attention towards us, the communication at all times was very good with the hosts, they were attentive at all times to any notice, but it really was great! Thank you very much and again I apologize for the poorly written review previously, I am sorry! This place is very nice, you should keep it in mind for your next vacation!

Weekend Escape

This house had everything you need to stay for the weekend. We had the awesome view in the mornings with the hot air balloons taking off and landing. The evening with the golfers and geese flying down to the pond. We had nice neighbors as well. The house was clean when we came and was nice for my little one to play some board games in the loft area. Plenty of space to relax after a hike, the springs or just out and about in the neighborhood.

This home met our needs. Beds comfortable. The upstairs was not hot. Has a garage. The home was nice and neat. The backyard faces the lake with beautiful sunsets . Enjoy!

GREAT STAY!!

We have stayed in this house several times now, with a family of 6 and with only 3 of us. Every time we have plenty of room for our family. The house is clean and in a perfect location for our golfing family. Even if we did not golf (like EVERY day) they have bikes, tubes, games, puzzles etc to satisfy any family. One of the BEST parts of this particular house is the host. Kari is very concerned about her guests’ stay and wants everything to be just right. We will be back as many times as she will have us.

Spring Break 2025

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us! The host went above and beyond. She had been texting me 2 weeks before our trip, sending me ideas of things to do. The house was very comfortable. Everything was very accessible. We had all of the necessities in the home. Walmart was a quick 5 minute drive. The day we left, our truck wouldn’t make it up the mountain due to the slick road. We had to turn around. I Immediately messaged the host. She reassured me it was no problem for us to stay an extra day, with no extra cost. She was so comforting in our panic of trying to find somewhere to stay. We were more than thankful for this sweet lady! We will definitely be staying there again! We highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay

This home is lovely. It served us well during our stay. A couple of minor things—couldn’t locate sheets for the sofa bed—had to improvise. A little warm in the house. Some ac would have been nice. Lost power upstairs but reset the breaker and all was well. Tv is not user friendly. Wish for it to have been better. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Would book again and recommend to friends and family

Pagosa summer renter

One thing to keep in mind if you are renting this house in the summer months, this house does not have A/C, just “forced air”. We were there in the hottest month, and this might of been a deal breaker for me. If I had read carefully the amenities, I would of seen that. The first night was pretty miserable, the next 2 night weren’t as bad. Lesson learned. I wished someone else would of addressed this in a review. Great location for what our purpose was. We were able to see the hot air balloons right around us 2 mornings, that was really cool, great experience.

What a great stay!

We loved everything about this stay - the location, the quietness, the beautiful snow on the golf course out back and the set up of the house. Communication with the host was excellent and very timely! The layout of the rooms, and furniture provided lots of room and options when we played games at night! Each bedroom has lots of room and all had huge closets. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area, which was awesome! We are golfers and want to come back in the summer and play the course out back of this property and the other two in Pagosa. New recent important info - if you plan on going to the hot springs, bring your beach towels as they now charge for towels. Also, Colorado had just passed a law that does away with any type of paper or plastic bags at stores. For now, you can purchase a plastic sack for ten cents each or a reusable bag for about a buck, but that will eventually go away. So bring your reusable grocery/store bags, because your not getting any in Colorado unless you pay for it.

Pagosa Springs Family Trip

First off the host was great. After driving ten hours with 4 adults and two kids, she was able to resolve our lodging problems with another resort in Pagosa Springs on very short notice. She was able to turn our problem into an exceptional vacation. I can't thank her enough.The home was everything we needed for a great stay in Colorado. The Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need for cooking meals. The master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs was everything we needed. The balcony outside the upstairs bedroom overlooked the golf course and we were able to see numerous Canadian geese by the lake on most evenings. As we were preparing to leave, we were able to see the hot air balloons rising from the balcony.In the garage are bicycles,, kayaks, river tubes and sleds for the winter. We didn't actually use any of these items, but when I asked if we could use them, the host informed us we could use them. There are a few games and puzzles available, which our two kids used occasionally.As stated, this home supplied us with everything we needed for an exceptional stay in Pagosa Springs.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfy, clean and spacious for family of four. All amenaties provided. Nice touch to add baskets in each baothroom for toiletries you could have forgottened. It's in a great location and quite neighborhood. Highly recommend.
