Guests will be able to access the property through the front door using the smart lock. Please keep all other external doors locked after use.

-Fishing permit required and available at Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for purchase. Please note, that as a mountain town, the community uses satellite internet. As a result this can lead to drops in signal from time to time. *Disclaimer - Children must be supervised at all times if they plan to be in the hot tub. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure the safety of the children in and around the hot tub.

- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy:
- No Cats Allowed: Please note that we do not cater cats in the property.
- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
