Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m very sorry to hear that the house felt cold during your visit. I do wish you had reached out to us while you were there, as we would have been more than happy to help right away. The home is equipped with multiple heating options, including electric baseboard heat, three mini-split units, and a propane fireplace. As an extra layer of comfort, we also keep portable electric heaters on site for guests to use as needed. We truly want all of our guests to be comfortable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’ll use this feedback to make our heating instructions even clearer for future guests. Thank you again.
