Fun location for families

Very accommodating retreat. Perfect for plenty of kids. Kitchen very impressive. Lots of living spaces. Wished there was one more bedroom in the house with at least a queen bed. Lots of parking off street.

40 year old only dads

We were out for relaxation and some adventure ,we found it at this great space! Spent a day out on the lake, made some great meals in the fully stocked kitchen and a lot of time enjoying the amazing pool. The place was clean and very functional for our group, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds to stay in. Will be back for sure.

Havasu Home

The Shoshone Home is beautiful and comes with all the amenities you will need. We had 10 people and were able to spread out comfortably but the home sleeps much more than that. It’s a beautifully decorated home with an open concept. The pool was amazing and it’s a short drive into town. Great location. Definitely would come back to stay here.

Birthday Stay

We were a group of 12 and had enough space and amenities for all ! Had a little trouble getting the hot tub going, but once we did it was awesome ! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Oasis

We enjoyed being able to safely stay all together with our adult children and their partners! Wonderful space, comfortable and privacy for everyone! Close to all outdoor activities and boating! Excellent communication with hosts and attention to detail! We look forward to returning soon!

Large and Beautiful

This place was amazing. It easily all 14 people. The pool was great and much larger than I was expecting. The neighbors are far and do not hear any noise. We will be coming back again one day.

Get away trip.

This house was absolute wonderful and was actually what it looked like on the website. The owner has done a great job keeping this house nice and clean. It was very well stocked. It had Penalty of room and beds were wonderful. We would Definity stay here again. The people were super nice and checked on us and got to things very quickly that we found upon arrival.

Great Layout

This home accommodated our party of 8 comfortably. Owners thought of everything (big to small) to equip the house with. Located within 10 minutes of the lake. Communicating with property management was easy and pleasant.

we were group of 20 people. it was large. but the house had enough room for us to sleep comfortably. also, the communication with management was great. we were able to truly enjoy our weekend here.

Awesome Place!

We were group of 15 Adults and 2 kids and the house is big enough for us and has lot of beds and space! We really enjoyed the pool, the tub, and their game room! They also have available pots and pans, as well as amenities included such as towels and pool towels available for everyone! Do not hesitate to ask questions they're pretty good at responding immediately! Thank you for an awesome weekend!

Everything was as expected. As advertised. Had two questions that were answered in moments!

Great experience. Only thing we’d suggest or bring on next trip would be some basic cleaning supplies to have while at home over four days. Other than that it was perfect.

Weekend getaway

We came to lake havasu for a 40th birthday. We had a group of 11-13 staying and the house was plenty spacious for everyone to have their own space and not feel on top of each other. The casitas were an awesome touch and had their own full bathrooms, bunks, and kitchen areas. We opted to have the pool heated since we didnt know what to expect with it being early October but wish we hadnt paid the extra money for it. Hot tub was awesome in the evenings.

Perfect!!!!

This was a family trip and the 1st time we had all the kids together in the same place. I just moved to AZ to be closer to my Dad and Brother so the kids have never been all together at the same time. The house was perfect plenty of room for everyone, and everyone had a place to go relax when they needed some quiet time. So clean and plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Open floor plan so everyone could hang out while meals were made. Quiet neighborhood it was a great time!!!

Family vacation

We travel with a group of 22 (our children and grandchildren) every year to a different place. This by far was one of our favorites. The house was better than expected. We had plenty of space. We mostly cook/bbq and were there for 5days. All utensils, dishes, pots, pans and appliances needed were available for use. Stores not far away for anything we forgot. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for being a part of a successful yearly vacation!!! We would love to stay again for another trip.

Perfect layout for multi family vacation

House had everything needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Beds were very comfortable. House had plenty of room traveling with 3 families. AC units & fans were perfect. Close proximity to everything. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Only downside was some minor maintenance issues, pool table has holes in the pockets so balls fall out, & be careful on the tile by the pool due to it being very slippery. Thank you Scott & Sarah for sharing your beautiful home! Would definitely stay at this location again.

Like a mini private resort!!!

This place was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It was like being in a mini private resort! There is a main house with 5 bedrooms and 2 casitas. The separate casitas holds 6 people each because there are bunk beds. Perfect place for a group of friends. It was nice and clean and kitchen was complete. Very homey. The only thing we weren't happy about is that the pool was not heated and the iPad that controls the heat was no where in sight. If you book this place, the first thing you should ask before heading out is "where will you place the ipad so we can heat the pool as soon as we arrive" The pool man finally arrived but a whole day already went by that we lost that we didn't get to use the pool. If the pool is heated when we arrived, I would have given this place 5 stars a perfect rating. The pool issue was the only thing that disappointed me.

Beautiful home for a group getaway

This property is beautiful and perfect for a group getaway. The pictures accurately show the current condition of the home. It is very clean and has many extras to make the stay very homey and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and enough plates and cutlery to easily feed a dozen people. The dining areas were equally spacious and allowed everyone to have a seat inside or outside. The bedrooms and Casitas allowed privacy for each family when they needed it. Living room and media room space was also excellent and allowed different groups to relax comfortably indoors together or separately. The outdoor space was also excellent! The pool was warm and large enough for swimming and playing. The seating areas allowed for several people to comfortably gather. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect too! The home is minutes from a grocery store and Lake Havasu. It is also within an hour of Kingman and Route 66. The owners were VERY responsive to a couple of questions we had about the home. They were quick to email us back during and after our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.
