First and foremost the host (Nicole) is great at communicating and that made our stay effortless!The property is beautiful and well maintained. All the amenities we needed to have a great getaway for 8 people (two families on spring break with pre high school kids), easy access to the lake and Havasu City. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again!

Awesome vacation

We had a fantastic time in Lake Havasu and the house was great. My grandkids hardly got out of the pool and hot tub. Very nice property and will stay there again.

Great trip

We go boating on Lake Havasu every year. We decided to get a house this time instead of a hotel. It was nice to get off the lake and come back to a pool. Everyone had their own room. House was big and very comfortable. Nicole was very kind and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. I would rent here again.

This place was beautiful. Rooms are spread out in the house so makes it nice. Outdoor area is amazing. House is only about 5 min drive to grocery store. Has extra fridge in the garage.

Family fun

Great stay for our family. We came from 3 different locations and worked out perfect for us. Ages ranged from 11 to 73 and was something here for everyone. Definitely recommend it for a larger group. Awesome location. Host was very accommodating.

Great location, lots of room!!

There were 10 of us in a family river trip. There is plenty of room for everyone, their cars and our boat which we were able to park in the large garage.

Family Vacation "Fun in the Sun"

Perfect location near Lake Havasu, we had a great time. This home has everything a home needs, kitchen, bathrooms are fully stocked, games for family fun, enough room for the kids to play and enjoy the pool.
