Amazing views from this location. Lake views are in your backyard. Large home with great layout. Will definitely book again. Has everything you need from the kitchen to towels. Property owners easy to talk with. Always got back to me immediately. 5 stars

Awesome vacation

We had a fantastic time in Lake Havasu and the house was great. My grandkids hardly got out of the pool and hot tub. Very nice property and will stay there again.

Family fun

Great stay for our family. We came from 3 different locations and worked out perfect for us. Ages ranged from 11 to 73 and was something here for everyone. Definitely recommend it for a larger group. Awesome location. Host was very accommodating.

A great house. Very spacious for each person to have their own space. Home is close to everything. Sunset views of the lake from the backyard oasis was stunning. Book your stay now.

Family getaway

House well taken care of. Family and I had a great time. A couple small issues with appliances. Nicole took care of it right away. Plenty of room inside and out for the family. Will be back soon.

Family Vacation "Fun in the Sun"

Perfect location near Lake Havasu, we had a great time. This home has everything a home needs, kitchen, bathrooms are fully stocked, games for family fun, enough room for the kids to play and enjoy the pool. Nicole is a great host replies immediately. thank you so much for allowing our family to stay at your home it was absolutely AMAZING!!!

Cool and comfortable Havasu home

This home was perfect for our group of 9. Nice pool and patio area. Great bbq grill and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely book this home again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials. The indoor bar and outdoor pool area made us almost not want to leave and having the view of the lake was so serene. The location was perfect, not too far from the hustle and bustle, like 10 min. The host was incredibly communicative and responded to all my questions promptly. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Spring break family vacation

We loved the location of this house. It has million dollar views of the Colorado river & sunsets! The back yard was amazing our kids (young adults) didn’t want to leave, they just wanted to stay and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and the very large fire pit in the evening. My husband loved the large barbecue as we did cook many meals in as the kitchen is fully stocked as well. We also utilized the bags set every day. The house is very large & had a ton of space. As you can see from the pictures it could use some updating. I know the sun does serious damage to lawn furniture but newer Chase lawn chairs would be nice. But we would definitely rent again. Communication with Nicole was always prompt & courteous.

Best place in Havasu!

This is my second (but not my last) stay in this unique home. Happy to be back. Other rentals all seem the same blah style but this one has so much character and it makes you feel at home. Plenty of space for our group. Super relaxing. I also love how convenient it is to just about everything. Love to hit the trail across the street and ebike all over lake havasu. Also enjoy sitting outside and watching the lake while I drink my morning coffee and again for evening sunsets. Fun multicade you added btw. Thank you again! Till next time.

Nice and comfortable stay off the main road

The place was very nice and had a little rustic feel. An older property, well taken care of. It’s getting a little tired though. Some things need attention. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was quick to address and rectify which was very comforting.

Nice house Water heater is set at the lowest setting, made for luke warm showers. Garage has several garbage cans that made the house stink badly. Very foul smell that needs to be addressed.

My family and I had such a wonderful time here . Property description was just as advertised and more! 10 of us enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. The pool was the biggest hit with the kids . Great location, lots of room!!

There were 10 of us in a family river trip. There is plenty of room for everyone, their cars and our boat which we were able to park in the large garage.

Quality time with family

The home was well equipped, outdoor area and pool delivered excellent space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine, shade opportunities in hot weather. A few areas were lacking quality and needed attention. Overall amenities were functional, sufficient but not in excellent condition. Concerns brought up with the property manager were met with confusion and apologies, but not what i would normally receive with a high quality manager who immediately addresses and resolves issues. One repair was made when urgent.Overall, a great week with adult children and loved the Havasu experience.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. They only thing I would have to say needs improvement was the sheets and mattress covering. They were horrible.we didn’t use the grill, rusty looking and dirty.

Family visit

Wonderful! Close to town and restaurant. We, enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and view of the Lake Havasu. We enjoyed it so much that we spent the majority of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. Planning on returning next year.

First time in havasu and it didn’t disappoint

House was very comfortable very spacious. It fit our big family of 12 everyone had a bed to sleep in. House was nice and cool host even provided us with pool umbrella. Communication with the host was on point answering any question almost immediately. Wi-Fi was provided garage access as well. House was very close to rotary park which made it easy to get a beach access close to the canal. We are defiantly coming back

beautiful house with awesome pool

Due to the heat and storm warnings, the wives decided last minute to sit this trip out, however the guys still went and had an awesome time. The house was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds, great kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool was the highlight of the hot hot weekend, as after getting stuck in a major rain/wind storm on the lake they only took the boat out once and spent the rest of the long weekend poolside. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt. Zero complaints and hope to book again.
