Our gorgeous property is perfect for both long or short stays, ensuring your holiday is one to remember. Walk across the street for the tournament. Coachella and Stagecoach shuttles as well. All you need is toothpaste and your clothing. This house, built in 2021, has EVERYTHING! professionally designed with all the finest furnishings and amenities. Private pool/ jacuzzi with Baja tanning shelf and ledge loungers (community pool as well), beautifully landscaped community grounds with 360 degree mountain views, high speed internet, outdoor television, flat screen TV in every room, outdoor shower, 8 person dining table, Nespresso maker/milk frother, air fryer, all Jen-air appliances . Top of the line EVERYTHING! Trader Joes, Vons, Stater Bros, Albertsons, and Ralphs all within a 3 minute drive. Famous El Paseo restaurant and shopping district is a short 9 minute drive.
