Amenities at North Coast Village include patios and balconies overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, 24-hour security, a pool and jacuzzi, exercise gym room, recreation game rooms, fitness center, and an outdoor BBQ grill area supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boggie boards, etc. The lush tropical grounds with its waterfalls and soothing koi ponds, make this community a serene place to vacation. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking.

We regularly stay in North Coast Village over the X-mas holiday (year over year) as it is conveniently located to where our family lives. This is the smallest unit we have ever rented, but it was nicely laid out, nicely furnished, very comfortable and really quite perfect for its size. Nice view and really lovely owner. Nothing not to love!

North Coast Village has many amenities including underground covered parking, pool and hot tub, barbecue facilities and a full gym. The views are amazing and the facility is near the beach and scenic old downtown Oceanside. Wheelchair accessible with elevators located conveniently throughout the property.

Great communications from the property owners. They provided easy to follow instructions for check-in. And they even followed up during my stay to make sure everything was going well. Unit is furnished and clean.

Cute unit with a great view

Great ocean view from the deck- we enjoyed all of our meals out there. The bed is comfortable and there was a lot of closet space. The kitchen is outfitted with a few basics, including a mini coffee maker that makes two cups of coffee. We cooked all of our meals in. NCV is our favorite property. Really well maintained and a beautiful tropical landscape. Due to COVID the gyms and rec room were closed and the one hour pool time per unit requires a reservation. We chose the beach instead and it is just steps away. Unit provides everything you need including chairs and umbrella.

The place was exactly as they had said! Super close to the beach, clean, and the owners were very easy to work with! The only down side I will say is the stopper in the bathtub didn’t work so my 4 yr old learned to take showers this weekend. However, might not work for younger kids.

"Beachy" Beauty

This place has amazing beach themed decor and a nice view. You can hear the ocean and the unit gets nice breezes. It's very spacious and convenient having double bathroom sinks separate from the shower/toilet area. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use. There is a Trader Joe's within 10 mins so you can put together healthy meals. The beach is steps away and this unit has it's own cabinet in the parking garage full of chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. It's walking distance from the Pier where you can get a bite or just watch the surfers. The owner was in contact and very helpful with restaurant ideas. We were there over the Fourth of July and were able to watch the harbor's fireworks show right from the balcony. Endless Summer will really make you wish your vacation was endless!
