About the Property

Enjoy warm coastal breezes and picturesque sunsets from your private balcony, outfitted with two high-back chairs — ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with updated tile flooring, arched doorways, and chic frosted glass accents. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials — including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and ample cookware for casual dining.

The bedroom features two Full-size beds, generous closet space, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The updated bathroom includes a fresh white vanity, tiled combination tub/shower, and hotel-style amenities.

When it’s time to relax, stretch out in the cozy living room with its own Smart TV, or head down to enjoy the lush tropical grounds, pools, and hot tubs of the gated resort community.

Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning, but enjoys fresh ocean breezes and ceiling fans.

Host was welcoming and phoned to check on us. Suite clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful scenery. Pool and hot tub and chairs always available. Close to harbour to walk for suppers.

Needs some updates, light in living room needs to be replaced, bulb just hanging there. Needs better ventilation in bedroom, we did enjoy the fans. Ceiling fan over dining table needs to be oiled, stove hard to cook on burner uneven. Suggest an air fryer in kitchen, and better cooking utensils. Thankyou!

The unit is very clean. The HOA responded quickly re:slow bathtub draining. My only issue is the shower/bathtub could use a new seal. It looks dirty,but it is not and a fresh seal would do a wonder for the cosmetics.The grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the patio.

Exceeded all Expectations

This place truly exceeded expectations—pictures don’t do it justice. Ideally located right by the harbor with several restaurants just steps away, less than half a mile from the boardwalk, and Camp Pendleton is literally around the corner. The unit was spotless and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including extra linens, plenty of towels, and fans for added comfort. Just open the windows or patio door and you can hear the ocean waves—so peaceful. The service from check-in onward was excellent. Highly recommend!
