Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash and place in bins near the brick path prior to checkout.
Please wash all dishes prior to departure. Do not leave patio lock outside at night and when you leave. Please place with information book. Salty air rusts the locking mechanism.
Please bring grill inside and clean to avoid cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The ocean view and sound of the waves when you open the door is enough to still your breath away. It’s a perfect place to rest and relax. The room is a great space if you need a break from all the sunshine. The neighbors were even welcoming when we first arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sapphire Beach condo. The owner was extremely kind and easy to work with, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and the location could not have been better.The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation—plenty of towels, beach chairs, and all the essentials. We also really appreciated the amenities in the condo community and how convenient everything was. Being so close to Red Hook made it easy to grab meals, explore, and catch the ferry.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Thomas!

This was our first time in St. Thomas and we had no idea where to stay. We are so glad we picked this condo in particular. It is in Red Hook so it’s central to most everything, the ferry to St. John, grocery store, bars, and restaurants. But the best thing about it is the view! Listening to the surf at night and waking up to ocean views were our favorite parts of the trip! The condo itself is right on the beach next to the marina. A short walk to the beach, where everyone hangs out, the restaurant, bar and pool. The unit was well stocked with enough towels, coffee maker, Keurig and kitchen supplies. If you’re lucky enough to stay here while the neighbors next-door are in town, they own their units and they were very helpful with local tips. Also, this unit includes backpack beach chairs and that was a huge help if we wanted to go to beaches that we would normally have to rent chairs from. The hosts were very communicative with tips. Check in/out were easy. They got back to us right away and even gave us a little later check out because it was pouring rain and we had nowhere else to go!

Great place, good quality house items (kitchen equipment, towels, sheets, furniture). Right on the beach, Easy to communicate with owners who gave us a last minute late check-out when our flight was delayed. The extra towels, beach chairs, floats were a great bonus. Very short walk to pool, beach and snorkeling. Would stay here again!

We started traveling to St Thomas several years ago and have always wanted a little piece of paradise. This is our way to share it with those who share the same passion.
