Where to start…the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on our covered area, at the pool, and lounging area. It was especially great early morning and after beach time. My musts for all stays- AC, comfortable bed, big shower, TV- all were great at this property. Especially appreciated their back-up generator - we never even knew when there were outages but we know there were several during our stay. This is the first place we have stayed where the back up generator worked beautifully! The road to this place was nice- no crazy straight up the hill but views still amazing. I enjoyed being able to safely walk this road. Our hosts were great as well! And did I say the views and breeze were amazing!

Great, quiet, location with tremendous ocean views and access while much more convenient to Cruz Bay dining, night life and shopping than other locations we’ve stayed. Hosts were excellent communicators and provided essentials which made packing for travel much easier.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful sunrises. We appreciated the snorkel gear, beach towels and chairs and coffee maker! Hosts were very kind.

perfect vacation

To get away from the cold weather for a few days was just what we needed and Caron and Dave’s place was perfect. It was a cozy room with amazing views. We loved it and hope to stay again sometime in the future!

St John Perfection

My wife and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary at this amazing spot in paradise and it was absolutely perfect. From the views and the pool to the location that had us close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded, this easily takes the #1 spot for best VRBO we've ever stayed at.

Rendezvous by the Sea stay

Beautiful property, great accommodations great hosts. Would highly recommend to any couple. Verizon Cell phone service was the only downside at the Villa.

Best place to stay

The property is beautiful and just as described. Bed is super comfy and we had everything we needed during our stay. If you plan to snorkel, I'd bring or rent your own masks (we had issues with them). And definitely bring bug spray, or you'll get eaten alive.

Serenity

Rendezvous by the sea was nothing short of perfection. The calming of the waves, the beautiful clear blue water, the weather and location location location. Just 10 mins from Cruz bay this was the perfect spot to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping. St. John will never disappoint and neither does this studio.

Island perfection

This VRBO was perfect for my 3rd trip to St. John. Owners have a little slice of heaven! The location, VIEW, decor, pool and the little extras; beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels made the visit relaxing and easy. Owners are very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend Rendevous by the Sea ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A slice of Paradise

Thank you Caron and Dave for such a lovely place to call home while we were in STJ! The view was breathtaking and the location was quiet but close enough to town for all our needs. Paradise Found

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location for 4 nights. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing. The property is very private. We enjoyed coming back in the evening to sit on the deck snd listen to the crashing waves as the sunset. We hope to be back in the future.

Rendezvous by the Sea was beautiful! Caron and Dave were wonderful hosts! The room was private and comfortable and had an amazing view. The Caribbean Sea is literally right outside your door! Excellent!!

Slice of Heaven

This property is beyond amazing. My well appointed and guest suite was very clean and incredible views and sounds, such as the ocean waves crashing below. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. The only negative is that I had no (Verizon) cell service in the area.

Spectacular

This property exceeded our expectations! Amazing location on the water. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend it to friends and family. My only suggestion would be to add a kitchen space for food prep and storage. Otherwise it had everything we needed to make our trip to St.John’s so special and memorable.

Stunning views

Our 2nd time here for a reason … great little place away from town. Private, peaceful , gorgeous! There are kayaks to use and a swimming pool . A grill if you want to hang out and enjoy all that this little gem has to offer, which we did. They have a cooler, beach chairs ,beach towels and snorkel equipment you can take to the beaches, definitely a plus ! And the owners Caron and Dave are just super ! Love it here !!

Rendezvous Bay Beauty

Beautiful, quiet location. All I ever heard was the wind, water, and birds. Wonderfully architectured property felt like a five star resort. The begonia lined drive and the plants on the property topped off the paradise feel. We snorkeled along the reef just below the villa with the gear provided by our host. It was beautiful coral with easy access. Great starter snorkeling!

Paradise on earth

We were blown away at the beauty and location of this place! It was like something out of a dream or something you only see in movies. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and helped us with any questions about the island. The stay was wonderful and beautiful and clean. The pool overlooking the bay was wonderful to take a swim in after a day of adventure on the island. Very close to Cruz bay which is where you will find most of the restaurants shops and markets. We will be here again! I highly recommend staying here

The Best Spot on St. John!

This was absolutely the best spot on the whole island and we are so happy we chose to stay here. We even got stuck here due to a tropical storm and Carin and Dave extended our stay. They were super welcoming and had everything we needed. They had snorkel gear, chairs, towels & a perfect cooler! The pool was wonderful and we even enjoyed the small hike to the beach everyday. We got to enjoy their kayaks a couple times to go to the other parts of the bay. (We saw 2 huge sea turtles while kayaking) We just can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be planning another trip here.

If you're looking for the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury, this adults-only accommodation is an absolute gem. Nestled in the peaceful Monte Bay the private space offered for us was perfect escape to unwind and recharge. The owners? Absolutely delightful! It’s clear they genuinely care about making your stay unforgettable. Whether lounging in the serene surroundings or soaking in the calm atmosphere, every moment felt like a little piece of paradise.
