Apartament is located on the second floor in a duplex, requires to walk up about 15 steps.
Two bedrooms with queen size beds.
Living room with a large sectional couch and a 55” TV.

Well stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Free street parking right in front of the house.
The Space:
The apartment has 2 queen beds, a large sectional sofa and a 55 inch TV. Newly renovated kitchen and bath to complete the experience. We also use natural bath and soap products, no corner cutting here!
Guest Access:
Full 2 bed 1 bath apartment with livingroom and dining room. You have a separate entrance to the unit, no awkward hallway conversation!
The Neighborhood:
Newly designated historical district of downtown Lorain. If you’re not familiar with the city, Lorain was once a thriving center for steel, auto parts, and shipbuilding. However, by 2005, many of these factories, including the Ford assembly plant, had closed, leading to significant economic hardship for the city. Our home is in a safe area, right across from a school and around corner from a library, but the neighborhood is a little run down. It takes more passionate people like us to bring Lorain to its old glory.
Getting Around:
Our home is walking distance from the Broadway street, which is center of the Downtown Lorain.

Please note that our check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 11am sharp.
