Offering 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living room with a electric fire place insert on main floor with separation provided in the family rec room that guest have boasted about in their 5 star reviews !

Additional Queen Futon with 10" mattress in large game room, bar, private toilet, X Man arcade game, foosball, toys, books, electric fireplace and sound bar smart tv makes this house comfortable for our guests, children and pets.

First floor living room w fire place TV wi fi and 2 sofas. Reading chair & book case w lamp.
2 bedrooms and full bathroom.

Dining room seats 6 with exit to secure fenced back yard & enclosed porch with Puzzles, games and desk space for any work you had to bring along.

You will like the big kitchen w coffee bar, dbl sink, dishwasher, disposal, SS gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and additional dinning space at the counter w 2 stools and a highchair.
Waffle maker, toaster oven ,and all your necessities to make a meal are provided.

We loved staying at this property for my daughter’s graduation from Oberlin College. The house is so cozy and we loved the eclectic throwback feel. The hosts thought of everything and they were very hospitable! They even left a grad gift for my daughter ❤️ We loved being so close to the lake. The sunsets were amazing!!!

We had a wonderful time. It was a busy few days so we didn’t get to spend much time enjoying the home but I know we would have loved it even more. BEAUTIFUL and the coolest retro vibe! Our host was so easy to reach and helpful! An excellent choice for anyone!

We rented the house to have a family Thanksgiving and birthday gathering for my Mom. There is plenty of space in the house and lots of seating. It would have been good to have serving pieces in the kitchen. We had to go out to the Dollar Tree to get aluminum pans for serving. The kitchen is huge and we loved having the gas stove. Some of the utensils were missing and we supplemented with some stuff from my mom's cottage. Diana was right on top of getting ice melter deployed on the steps after the snow came.

The home.was booked for 2 people and no mention of a dinner party or 7guests staying overnight. TAMI Tami, If you would have mentioned your intentions we would have asked you if there was anything you may need. My apolagy if you feel the kitchen needs more utensils. Our guest suggestions are appreciated,considered and often implemented if shared. You spoke.to me several times while staying and didnt ask for anything and gave us a 4 rating. Feel free to offer suggestions as we always consider what our guests need if known. Also honest booking info regarding your guest list would be appreciated as well.

Happy with Rental

Host was amazing. Best host ever. Nice yard for pups and comfortable in home. Any issues were taken care of quickly. Only thing I would let people know that house on main road so busy at times. A lot of nice touches like laundry chute in bathroom and detail in kitchen. Basement was a nice bonus. Welcome basket another nice touch as well.

Last minute Christmas

Decided last minute to come to Ohio for Christmas. Beautiful older home. Had ongoing issues with maintaining the heat due to WiFi and nest. Mnimal utensils for cooking so bring or buy your own.

Hi Teresa Thank you for your review. The power outage and internet disruption is beyond our control. We.do apologize for any inconvenience and the thermostat is also manually controlled as well which we went over with you. The chef in a kitchen may have some preferred utensiles and we would prefer your suggestions. Guest comments are addressed, reviewed and considerations may be concluded. What do you suggest would be a added utensil based on your preferences ? We appreciate your stay, and value input on any idea, preference or needs of our properties. Thank you for your comments On a different note, we did find 2 keys on the fire place mantle, and called you to advise. If you need the keys returned,, please advise we arehappy to mail them to you. We will however need a mailing address. Thank you

The shoreline community here is pristine with Lakeview Park, Lake Erie Islands,
water parks, museums, pro sports, golf, water sports, charter fishing, great storms, gorgeous skies, hot summers, ships traffic and personal activities are endless.
Lorain is positioned just right as far as travel access to what ever you desire to do while here.

Both of our properties are in the Lakeview Park district in the Old Charleston Historical neighbor hood. Walking distance to the shore, Lakeview Park, Lorain Harbor, Downtown Lorain, marinas, restaurants and access to all neighboring lake and shore line communities with family activities.
We are centrally located and anything you wish to do you can walk to or drive 25 to 40 minutes in all directions for more to do's.

Our homes also both have awesome amenities for your kids, and the adults in separate spaces or together for family activities so everyone can enjoy their time.

Game Rooms include arcade games, board games, wifi TV with sound bar, seating, sleeping, bar with stools, central air, 1.5 baths, beach accessories, large dining spaces, infant necessities, pets welcome, and anything you can think of is or will be supplied by asking during your booking.

Handicap access and entry for your family is provided if you request it we will add our wheel chair ramp, shower seat and hand rail for your arrival.
