Antes de salir para el día, hacer una taza de café y disfrutar del aire fresco del océano desde el balcón. Hay asientos para 2 en el balcón, así que puedes sentarte afuera y planear las aventuras del día.

Retroceder en el sofá adornado en la sala de estar y utilizar el acceso inalámbrico a Internet para navegar por la red o hacer algo de trabajo durante su estancia. La amplia sala de estar cuenta con TV por cable de pantalla plana, para que pueda ver todos sus programas favoritos después de un día en la playa.

Hay algunos restaurantes en el complejo, pero no tienes que dejar la comodidad de su hogar lejos de casa cuando es hora de cenar. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos y tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar sus comidas favoritas.

Después de un día de diversión en el sol, retirarse a cualquiera de las habitaciones bellamente decoradas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king, y el segundo dormitorio tiene un par de camas individuales. Great family resort

Pools were great, indoor and outdoor. Walk to the beach can be long, but there is a shuttle for most of the day. Tennis courts looked new, and we love looking for the alligator in the pond. Fun place for families.

All we needed

Being with teenagers, they enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. The beach was a nice hike but it was winter so no shuttle. The pull out couch needs to be looked at and updated. The beds are short for our six footers . Overall was a great vacation for winter at the beach.

Need a better housekeeper. Moldy shower curtain. Linens cleanliness questionable. DVD player didn’t work. Food/dirt in kitchen drawers. Communication could be better, had 2 vehicles and security wouldn’t give 2 parking passes without contacting owner of villa which was about a 30 minute process.

The worst place to be on vacation

it was one of the worst places we stayed in Hilton Head. The bathroom was moldy, the couch looks like they picked it up from goodwill and smells like urine. Imagine you come from the beach and get ready for dinner, then you find out the shower dripping water at very reduced pressure. the hallway looks like vacuumed a month ago. OK! it is good location, good part yes, walking distance but if you are in building 4 then you need to walk a lot or drive to closer then work. they have several items such as chairs, umbrella, kids' stuff, ready for you. It is good and handy. The tennis court is right there and is nice to play in the evening.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with our stay here. There Weren't any working lights in the 2nd bedroom and under the beds looked like Lost in found headquarters with large dust bunny’s, underwear, socks, and trash. Only 1 person could use water at a time (due to water pressure) which was inconvenient when it came time to get showers after a day at the beach or pool. The dryer in the unit was very dirty with lots of lint & there were electrical outlets in the master bedroom and living room that weren't secured to the wall. There are 4 buildings at this resort and this condo is in the furthest building from the beach which I wish would have been disclosed prior to booking, as it did make for a pretty long walk esp if hauling beach supplies with children in tow etc.. The location of this resort overall was good, we walked to the Tuesday night fireworks in Shelter Cove which was very beautiful. We also explored in Sea Pines which was very cool. There were 3 pools at the resort which were all great. Hilton Head beach is very lovey and full of starfish! We made the best of our vacation but overall would not stay at this listing again.

Great place to stay!

I had an excellent time on this vacation! The condo was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it had great amenities. The resort was immaculate and everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was fun. We greatly enjoyed looking at the wildlife and just walking around the beautiful grounds. The beach was awesome and having Coco’s there was fabulous. We were able to just zip there from the beach and get ice cold smoothies when we got hot out on the sand. The beach is nearby to the resort but it is a bit of a walk. We enjoyed the trek but for someone with limited mobility it would be difficult to get to. However, they do have a shuttle that runs back and forth over the boardwalk to give a ride to whomever wants it so that was super nice for those who couldn’t walk that walk. We measured with the fitbit and it is a tick under 1/2 a mile one way. We liked watching the alligators in the ponds. The food in the deli that is on the grounds was very good as well. The wifi was excellent which isn’t always the case with vrbo’s, but it was great in this condo. I enjoyed that there was a tv with cable in all the bedrooms and the living room so we could all watch what we wanted. This condo complex is large and can be confusing at first but we quickly figured it out. The best thing is this resort is right in the middle of the island so it was very easy to get to places. We spent a lot of time exploring! One of my favorite parts of the trip was a meal at Old Oyster Factory- they had the best oysters and hot fudge lava cake I’ve ever tasted! I can’t wait to vacation here again- I had an absolutely wonderful experience! :)

Very Nasty Condo

This condo was very nasty!! Upon our arrival it smelted clean, but was not. Oh boy where do I start!!!! Bathroom tubs had black rings in them and hair. All beds had black hair on the sheets and the sheets didn’t smell clean at all. There was candy wrappers under the beds and night stands. The couch had dirty black marks on it too. And the furniture smelt dirty! The comforters on the beds haven’t been washed for awhile and they smelt too. The dinning room table had smear marks all over it. The microwave had food all over the inside of it and the counters had crumbs on it. I could tell by walking on the floor that the whole floor wasn’t mopped neither. So I sprayed some Pinesol on the floor and used one of my rags I had and it was black. This place was nasty. I took pictures of everything and called Evovle to complain and we still haven’t heard anything back from this issue. I had to strip every bed and wash all the sheets and blankets. **** we are suppose to be on vacation enjoying ourselves, but no we have to clean the whole unit. We are definitely not happy with this condo and will not be back!! I feel sorry for whoever rents it next!!!

Hilton Head was nice

The Property was very old and and needed renovated, it was very dirty, the ceiling in bathroom had live molded, the faucets did not work, water pressure was terrible (ie: only one thing at a time, shower, laundry, dishwasher.) I would not recommend it until it was totally updated. Not worth the money.

We stayed there for about 8 days right after Christmas to a few days after New Years Day. This is a huge condo complex with several floors and several buildings which makes for an elevator ride and long walk to the condo. There are 3 luggage carts near the parking lot but many times they were not there when we had to carry up or down luggage and packages. Some of the time we were there it was very crowded and we had to wait for the elevator as it was always full. Also the indoor pool was very crowded. Our contact person was very nice and helpful if we had any issues or questions. The condo itself was very dark because it had low wattage energy saving bulbs throughout the condo. It does not look as bright as the photos on this website almost making the condo very depressing to be in. The condo needs repainting with marked up baseboards and walls. There was a big stain on one of the dining room chairs and the glass dining table was very scratched up. There were enough supplies and small appliances in the kitchen for cooking.

Very long walk to the beach. There is a shuttle but you really can’t use it if you’re taking chairs or a tent with you to the beach. Room was a little disappointing. Both bathroom doors would not actually shut and therefore would not lock. After a little work, I finally got them to work so we didn’t have to shout out when we were using the facilities. Neither of the bedroom doors locked. The only TV that the DVD player worked on was in the master bedroom so we all had to pile in there to watch a Redbox movie. On a good note, the pools were nice.

Good basic condo near the beach and in a good location

Good basic condo if you are looking for a place to stay Positives: *Wagon, chairs and beach toys in closet *Two outdoor pools on property and one indoor pool for back up if it rains *beach area wasn't overpopulated like the public beach areas *the contact person was always available and quick to respond *close to almost everything on the island: we rented bikes and were able to ride them to the summers Tuesday night fireworks and beat the terrible traffic which was super nice! *master bed and two twins did their job *small gift shop and you can order some drinks and food on the property Negatives: *There is private access to the beach, but it is on a long boardwalk. We had rented bikes and a trailer thinking we could get our family there faster; but you cannot ride them on the boardwalk. There is a small golf cart that does give some shuttle rides. Honestly the walk wasn't terrible; but just want others to be aware its not just right there... *workout room has a bike and treadmill and a small lifting machine, the indoor track was in bad shape *the condo had 1 trash bag and 2 things to dish soap when you arrived-otherwise we had to buy the laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, and all soaps and shampoos for the condo *pull out couch was super uncomfortable *bring your own beach towels FYI This was a huge property. Was told we had two parking spots-but FYI they are not designated spots. Not a big deal as there is plenty of parking but the communication when pulling up to a massive resort can be overwhelming. The internet password is not written when you arrived so you have to ask. There is cable, but TVs are not smart tvs so no additional netflicks etc (again not that big of a deal to us as we are on vacation and are out exploring) Favorite restaurants: Skull Creek Boathouse, Elas, Gusto Ristorante ( If you take a day trip to Charleston -Leons Oyster)

Disappointing

Our condo was severely in need of an update. I’m not sure if the owner understands or if they are aware of the multiple things that need fixing up. My lamp didn’t work in master bedroom, remote needed batteries, the door to furnace was off the track, there was an electrical outlet raised from the sheet rock but the worst part was the musty/cigarette residual smell that lingered in the establishment. I used a half can of Lysol to make it more acceptable. We would not rent this unit again. Btw it is a 20 minute walk to the beach if you don’t catch the trolley and I walk fast .

Nice place close to the beach.

What a great place to stay in Hilton Head. Very charming 2b/2b condo. The place was conveniently located and the price was great. The in-door pool and hot tubs were a nice bonus as it was a bit chilly outside.

The condo was comfortable and clean. The location was good. The walk to the beach was a little long but we considered it good exercise. We really enjoyed the two outdoor pools and the indoor pool, as well as the beach bar. I definitely recommend this rental to others.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful vacation for my family! The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The resort has activities for everyone. Communication with the owners with super quick and efficient. We're already making plans for a return trip!
