This condo is located in a small condo community near the entrance to Sea Pines resort and one block to one of the nicest beaches on the east coast. Relax in the pool onsite or walk/ bike to the beach (make sure to bring a collapsible cart). If golf / tennis is your gig then Sea Pines is right next door. This condo is on the second (top) floor and is accessed via stairs.

Relaxing getaway

Cute and cozy spot perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Close proximity to Coligny Plaza and we also enjoyed the pool on site. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property.

Great Weekend Retreat

We appreciated our host's provisions and efforts to make sure our stay met our needs with a comfortable, clean condo. It was quiet and only a short distance to the beach. Perfect for a couple's weekend get away.

Beach Visit

The place was clean, welcoming, and we had easy access to the beach. Gene was readily available when we had questions about the lock and he was able to help us immediately. Great place!

Great location and easy beach access

Place was neat and clean very comfortable room. The beach access was awesome. Seems your far enough from the public beach to enjoy the beach with plenty of space for you and your family.

Great place

My nephew and I did not spend a lot of time there as we were visiting family in Sea Pines. This is a great spot for anyone visiting HHI.

Very Cozy Unit

The unit was cozy and very accomidating. We enjoyed our time in town and on the local beach, and the unit was a perfect place to kick your feet up after a long day.

Very accurate listing in a great part of hilton head. You're blocks from the beach, right next to the entrance to sea pines, and just a few miles from Coligni. loved it. clean, and great host.

First of all, Gene had everything ready to go for us on arrival. The Cabana was in excellent condition, clean, and in a great spot. We were within a 6 minute walk to a wonderful beach area. The people at the condo were friendly. We were within 10 minutes of shopping and dining. The only thing that would have made our trip any better was if we had opted to stay longer. Such a great time for our family.

Great place to stay, great location, great

Nice clean condo perfect for HHI vacation! Located just outside sea pines, so we were able to take a very short walk to the trolley to be able to get to the RBC Heritage tournament. Hope to stay here again in the future

Great quiet location!

Perfect location for my wife and me. Rented bikes and were able to ride the beach easily for an hour every day!

A Great Value!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on Hilton Island. This property is very reasonably priced and in a very convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The rental unit was the perfect size for a couple, nicely maintained, and the host was very responsive.

Our Unextraordinary Week at Hilton Head

We went to HH with a lot of assumptions that were unfounded. From the literature we thought we'd be closer to the beach than we were. We also thought all beaches had lots of shells washing up. Only after we dug a little bit we learned that HHI is part of a much larger sand bar. No shells. We even drove to Tybee Island thinking it would be different. Not. Then there was the matter of information about the condo that I did not receive prior to arrival. Like the entry code. To be fair, I did get a lot of info, but the manager assumed that I would be much more adept with my smart phone than I actually am. I don't know if there were downstairs units available when we booked; we were on the second floor, and that was a bit of an inconvenience at times. It isn't like it was the vacation from hell, but, all things considered, we're not likely to use Vbro or go to HHI again.

Great stay for long weekend

The property was just the right size for a long weekend getaway. Very clean, beach was close, nice running trails all over, and walking distance to restaurants & shops.

Short stay

The VRBO stay was too short. Wish it was longer. Good stay at the apartment, up stairs was nice and clean. Great place to go see other cities close. I thought the beach would have been closer but a couple blocks away was ok. The way it read online it was right there. Would have preferred the beach closer. ⛱️ nice in-between drive to Tybee Island and the Hilton head beach. Both were nice. Food places were all good too. No issues. Shopping and the outlets were close too. I would say good stay. Really just slept, showered and left for the day. Never used any of other items at the apartment. I would stay again there...bring a car covet sap from tge pine trees were all over my car.

Convenient location on Hilton Head

This location fit our family of 4 perfectly. We loved the short walk to the beach and the close proximity to the Sea Pines resort and the Coligny Beach shops and restaurants.

Excellent location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Rental was clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was that whenever we needed to have the heat/air adjusted we had to text Gene because the temperature control was locked.

Perfect Stay

Being totally unfamiliar with HH, this was a perfect place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the hustle yet close enough to get there and a decent walk to a quiet part of the beach. The unit was clean and well appointed for the price.

Great stay!

We rented this property for a short stay over New Year’s Eve. It was perfect for our stay. Property is a short walk to the beach and an easy 1 mile walk to shops and restaurants. It also is right outside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines so easy access to Salty Dog and Harbour Town. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall I recommend!
